I have lived in the area for over 10yrs & seen many changes. One thing that's been the same is the courteous pharmacy staff. Since I've been there so much, a few of the staff know me by name. Tishauna W. is one of the most professional people behind that counter. No matter how busy it gets, she handles all of my scripts with ease; she spots errors & will contact my Dr's office or insurance company without complaint, and she is just always on top of things. If she's having a bad day, I'd never know it. She remembers our conversations & always makes sure that my scripts are ready ASAP. I'm not sure what her official title is, but I hope she is compensated for the above & beyond service she always provides.

This specific Walgreens pharmacy has been consistently friendly, warm and helpful. I am reading the other reviews and it's hard to believe that we are reviewing the same staff. I've interacted with the pharmacist (or, one of them) and also the associates that assist her, and each time, the connection was delightful. This past January, I walked in and saw a gentleman who tends to camp outside near the intersection often. I have seen him for years. It was cold out, and they had allowed him inside to sit in a chair by their pharmacy area. He was sleeping. I thought it was incredibly humane of them to allow him this simple act of charity, despite being well within their rights to ask him not to be there. This past weekend, we approached the drive-through at 8:57 pm (3 min before closing) and the staff person treated us completely respectfully, even making little jokes about cutting it close. We went out to eat dinner right then, and she gave us such an injection of joy to start. It is much more important to me, as a consumer, that I'm treated respectfully and - if possible - kindly. Being patient with wait times is part of living in this current life, where our needs have doubled, and staffing has been cut in half. This isn't an easily solved dilemma, and certainly isn't the fault of the front-line staff. Thank you to all those who work tirelessly to serve us, including this very competent pharmacy team!

This pharmacy has been a very disappointing experience for years- Staff are so rude and looks like they hate their jobs- also my medication was miscounted, which is unacceptable. You call them and you are on hold for 20 mins or more.

As a former retail manager for Target, I was impressed with the shiny floors and the merchandise presentation at this store. Products are front faced on the shelves and there are very few out of stocks. If I were the district manager, I'd bring the SMITs (Store Managers in Training) to this store to show them how a store should look. The store was well staffed and the store associates were friendly and helpful.

The cashier I don’t know if he was manager he was very unfriendly, did not greet to the customers and after I purchase for someone that I’m doing DoorDash the cashier didn’t say thank you and his customer service was very awful. If he’s the manager he needs more training and improve with customers. The incident was August 27 around 4:00 pm
