For the sake of the pharmacist Emmanuel PLEASE get all new pharmacy techs. It must be hard having to answer every little thing, investigate and resolve every issue by himself. This is a two day ordeal. Yesterday I came to the pharmacy after my doctor sent over a prescription and after waiting for 1 hour and 23 minutes in a line of 4 people . I was given some reason why I could not get my prescription in the end I was only able to retrieve some of my prescriptions. I asked the pharmacy tech if they had the last prescription available. She stated that I would have to come in person and follow up on the prescription the following day because they have Tuesday as their fulfillment date. I asked her if I’m signed up for Walgreens text calls and alerts. Is it possible that they can alert me on the prescription is ready and said no . It’s now 24 hours later. I’ve returned to the pharmacy to follow up and I provide my name and birthday to pick up my script or to inquire on it being ready. Today’s pharmacy tech starts asking me the dosages of the medicine etc which I did not know so I urged her to simply look at my profile . She then states that I can’t fill the prescription for another month because it says that I filled the prescription yesterday and I had to clarify with her. Thankfully, the same two staff members that were working yesterday were also working today so I told her to ask the pharmacist she then went on to say that she’ll have to run the cameras back to look as opposed to asking her superior . Insisting that I picked up the prescription last night. I clarified with her like hey I was told you guys only fulfill this certain prescription on Tuesdays please ask the Pharmacist . When she asked him, He stated that he personally ordered the prescription yesterday and it’s not even ready yet so apart from being accused as drug seeking and wasting over an hour of my life yesterday and just the overall incompetence, he’s grossly underpaid for the job that he’s doing, and Walgreens should do better than that. Anyway I will have to follow up on a full week for my new prescription.

DO NOT GO HERE! There is literally no sense of urgency. Literally waited 20 minutes to pick up prescriptions that should have already been ready. No greeting to waiting customers just extremely slow service. I’m not saying anyone should lose their jobs because everyone needs work but they really need to be sat down snd spoken to.

I've been coming here for years and as an autistic adult the pharmacy staff could use some training. Everyone I come in I feel ostracized / judge / lack of basic customer service. I leave here trembling and questioning my whole experience. This one lady is so extremely rude and I get they are busy and have other things to do but she knows she's short fused and rude. It's almost like a power thing. And it's sad. Autistic adults deserve empathy or at least some respect.

To the lady that worked at Walgreens on smith street yesterday 9/19 around 7:15-7:30 pm an African American lady with glasses and individual braids if you don’t like your job you need to quit expeditiously your attitude is disgusting. I politely asked you if you could open the case to get me a bottle of wine. You never acknowledged what I asked you instead you huffed and puffed and rolled your eyes at me as if I were bothering you. There was absolutely nobody in the store and you were doing absolutely NOTHING but fumbling with things on the shelf. You are in the field of customer service, if that’s not something you want to do then find you another job. To the lady that checked me out thank you for being sweet and assisting me with helping me find what I was looking for. Maybe you should share some of your customer service skills and expertise with your colleague.

Pharmacists will put you on hold without even talking to you and let you sit there for 15 minutes until the phone system hangs up on you. Call back, and they will do it again. Really horrible service.
