We ordered spaghetti & meatballs. The pasta came with no sauce on it. I called & they said they forgot to add sauce & would bring it to us. It was like water down tomato soup. The meatballs were not done so I had to finish cooking them. The garlic rolls were the best out of everything & they were just okay. I spent about $75 learned a very valuable lesson I should of just cooked my own pasta & meatballs like I normally do on Sundays.

Ripoff. $11 for a strombolli with a side salad and two small breadsticks came to $16.84. The menu was vague and ddid not have all the items on it (I wonder why) and there was even a meal plan advertised for $10 with an entree, salad, and a pasta, so it should translate over if I’m getting something similar, if not smaller. The only reason this place has customers is it’s their first time and don’t know any better. I definitely would not come back and can’t see why anyone else would either. I’d rather pack a PP&J next time.

I should not have gotten anything from here. I saw what their pizza looked like through the glass barrier but instead of trusting my instincts, still tried it anyway. I've never seen a slice of pizza that looked like the one I got - it was 4 times thicker compared to a normal slice of pizza sold anywhere else because it was 95% dough. Just dough...hardly any sauce or toppings on the pizza. I ate the portions that were edible and had to throw the rest away. What a shame, never again.

Think before You do
If you're tired of soggy delivery pizza and want something that actually tastes like Italy, this is your spot. The crust? Thin, crispy on the outside, but soft and chewy in the middle—exactly how it should be. You can tell they use real ingredients too. The sauce has that fresh tomato flavor, not the sugary stuff, and the cheese melts just right without drowning the pizza. I tried the Margherita and honestly, I didn’t think something so simple could be that good. It’s one of those places where even the olive oil tastes better. The staff was super friendly, and the place has this cozy, laid-back vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer. If you’re into real food and not just fast food with an Italian name slapped on it, you have to try this place.

Fraudulent pricing that rips off unsuspecting guests , charged more as a Stromboli and premium bottle rather than the ordered regular fountain soda and a cheaper any topping pizza. Regular occurrence as mentioned in other reviews strongly indicates fraud.
