Victor's Mexican Grille

We’ve been visiting Victor’s Mexican Grilled for many years, including the original location, and have always enjoyed amazing food and service. Unfortunately, our experience today was different. The service was lacking—we were often ignored, and the booth we were seated at was pushed in so tightly that we barely fit. We’re not plus-sized, so this has never been an issue before. Our server largely ignored us, though other staff helped keep our drinks filled. My husband’s order was incorrect, and the server never checked in to see how things were. The atmosphere also felt off, which was unusual for this restaurant. Despite these issues, the food was still good, even if one of the dishes wasn’t what we ordered.

They’re so good at what they’re good at. First, the steak fajitas are fantastic. The queso, my goodness. The green sauce. Those are the things they’re good at, among some of the other food. The service is usually slow, and the restaurant interior is average. Extra point for the little machines for the kids to put quarters in for the prize.

Victor's is an excellent dining establishment suitable for both small and large groups. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and our waiter, Jose, provided outstanding service. We enjoyed the Chorizo & Egg plate and the Steak Ranchero, both of which were delightful. The ambiance is inviting, and the chips and salsa are remarkable. I highly recommend this restaurant to all

We are never coming back here. After coming here for years, we will never be back… My family and I have eaten here every Monday for We take the kids and they eat free. There was no sign whatsoever that said kids would not eat free on memorial day. Nothing on Facebook, nothing at the front, waiter didn’t inform us, nothing. We went to ask the manager about it and said we weren’t even told that it wasn’t a kids eat free day. He literally said “sorry it is what it is”. Absolutely unbelievable. Please someone help in another Tex-Mex place here in the city of full share proper so that we can run this guy out of business. Being dead serious. This is atrocious you treat customers like this that have been there for years I say this as a business owner myself here in Fulshear

Never again. Never. My wife and I have come here for two years straight every Monday. We spend 200 - 250 dollars a month at the place. We showed up (as we do every monday) for kids eat free day. They served us our whole meal then charged us for the kids. We asked why and he said it’s a holiday so it doesn’t apply. My wife informed him that no where at all did it say that NOR were we informed by our waiter. She told him and he said he wouldn’t change it. They lost our 200-250 dollars a month over 15 dollars for the kids food. To the owner: your manager lost you our business after years of dedication to your place. This is how you destroy a business, everyone. Isolate your regulars
