I am not sure why we didnt try this place before. I love Thai food and was craving some. We were in the Katy area and this one popped up on google maps. It was a weekday so we ordered from their lunch menu. To our surprise, the lunch menu had tom yup soup, salad as well as spring roll for appetizer. Soup was sooo good! For main course we ordered ginger chicken, red curry and pad thai. Spice levels ordered were on point! Food portions were generous too. We ordered thai coffee as well which was the only thing i wasnt a fan of. Ambience is nice and relaxing. Service is very friendly and welcoming too. We will definitely be back!

10/10!!!!! Best thai food in Houston!! Spicy tom yum soup was sooo good and hit the spot. The flavors are wonderful. The Urban Thai favorites was also a hit. Loved the shrimp roll the most - there's a whole shrimp in there! The entire thing is edible, including the tail, which is super crispy. This place is far from my home, otherwise I'd come here very often!

We absolutely love a Urban Thai!! It is is one of our favorites restaurants, and we come here all the time. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Their red curry is fantastic, and I love their spring rolls and soup! The food presentation is also beautiful, and the restaurant is always clean and inviting. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. And the prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend it!! I amended my review to include two more amazing dishes - the krapow kai down (Thai street food) and pad kee mao. Both are absolutely delicious! If you haven't tried Urban Thai, don't wait!! It's the best!

Pretty good thai food with an even better lunch special. It really is a steal fr. It came with some soup and a spring roll which were both great, and I chose the Red Curry with Chicken as the main which was a good size for lunch, had a ton of flavor, and lots of pieces of chicken and veggies inside! Also tried the Cheese Rolls which were tasty but the sweet and sour sauce was extra good here mmmm. Have to top it all off with a thai tea which was standard but in the good way!

I always go here for the Khao Soi and I LOVE IT! The noodles and flavor are perfect and it it bone in which I prefer over the breast meat I’ve had at other places since my introduction to the dish. Ann is typically my server and will bring me chili so that I can spice it up to my level but the Spicy order is about at the top level of what I’m willing to try. I have also tried the Tom Yum soup for the lunch Speacial and though I typically am not a fan of soups, it’s pretty freakin good!
