I ordered a 2-topping pizza for $14.99 and customized it by putting one topping on each half. My friend asked to add one more topping on just one half, and the cashier increased the price to $18.99 — an extra $4 just for a single half-topping. That pricing didn’t make sense and felt unreasonable for such a small addition. The pizza itself was fine, but the way the extra charge was handled was disappointing. Clearer communication and a friendlier approach would really improve the experience. 🙏

We were looking for food, and we heard a young lady saying, "Try a sample!" So my friend did, because I dont eat pork. But the pizza looked so good I had to order me one. Dominique and her co-workers were extremely nice and thorough. My pizza was very good and my friend loved hers. We also ordered the cheesy bread, and it was awesome. But the main thing is the 5 star customer service the ladies provided. We will revisit soon.

We usually eat at one of the other places in the food court, but decided to try something different today. Not impressed. I’ll star by saying both employees had earbuds in their ears while serving us, and one played on him phone half the time. We decided on the build your own pizza. The person making the pizza asked if I wanted red sauce or white sauce. I turned to ask my husband which one he wanted, we decided white sauce, I turned around and a different guy is putting red sauce on the dough. I asked if that was our pizza, and informed them that we wanted white sauce. Both employees rudely informed me that I said red sauce, and pushed to continue making the pizza. (I did not, I guess they heard me say red when I turned to my (hard of hearing) husband to ask “red or white”). Whatever, fine, at this point I just wanted the interaction to be over, so we went with the red sauce. We finished picking our toppings and sat down. My husband went to get the pizza when they called our order, only to have a HOT pizza of only a single flimsy piece of cardboard. No box, no tray, no pan. Nothing. The cardboard had bent in half and half the pizza was sliding off by the time he got back to the table with it. It tasted okay, but definitely wasn’t anything to write home about. We also had the pasta salad and that was pretty good. I recommend trying one of the other food options if you’re at the mall.

Literally PISSED. Ordered off Uber eats and this is what we got…..$11 for a “salad” NO dressing and 5 pieces of lettuce. But really what got me, this pasta is not even edible. I could not even stomach it. Please see pictures. Bright side - there hot honey for my husbands pizza was good.

10/10 highly recommend the Woodlands Mall location! The veggies are fresh and the pizza is better than the other brick pizza places in the area! Worth a try, you won’t be disappointed! Great customer service
