Uptown Asian Fusion

We wanted to try this restaurant based on all the positive reviews. Place was empty when we arrived. We had to wait to get seated. Our waitress was nice and took our order right away. We ordered Spicy Edamame and they were delicious. For lunch we ordered Sushi Combo and Sushi Roll Combo. The fish in the Sushi was tasteless and didn’t feel fresh at all. It wasn’t bad, but the flavor was lacking. It was just bland. Was expecting a lot more from this restaurant.

Our first time eating here and it was DELICIOUS! Sushi was fresh and ample cuts of fish. Egg rolls were crispy. Sizzling pepper steak was so good as was sizzling jumbo shrimp! We’ll definitely be back! Great new restaurant in Sterling Ridge Center.

Great food, great service. Shelbie took care of us with big smiles and attention to detail. We had lunch specials, great price for large portions. Hot n Sour soup was hearty, egg rolls nice and crispy, and entrees had flavors that popped. Can’t wait to come back and try the Japanese dishes too. We’ll definitely be back.

Everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant is located right next to Perry's. Salmon carpaccio stood out to me as an interesting and unusual appetizer. Glad we tried it.

We ordered ahi tuna as an appetizer and it was the best we ever had, Sushi was also really good and the fideos were spectacular. Excellent service and prices.
