Twisted Sugar has my favorite cookies in the world — they are absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, this location seriously struggles with customer service and transparency. I visited this location on 11/24/2025 to order cookies for Christmas. I wanted to purchase a 12-pack, but the prices were not clearly listed anywhere. The only multi-pack pricing was on a very small sign, not close to the menu or register, which I did not see at the time. I had to ask the employee for prices, and he didn’t even mention the 12-pack option at first. He repeatedly had to go to the back to ask the manager for pricing — for every single option. In the end, I was charged $50.88 for two 6-packs instead of the cheaper 12-pack. When I called the store manager to address this, I was told, “There is only a small difference in price, around $5, and it’s too late to refund you, but we can give you one free cookie.” First of all, you do not get to decide what is “small” to me, and one cookie doesn’t even cover the overcharge. After checking the POS system, the manager then admitted the difference was actually $9 and offered three free cookies. This company’s pricing practices are misleading, and they clearly do not value long-term customers. I have been coming here for several years and am extremely disappointed. I will be attaching my receipt and a photo of the poorly displayed pricing sign.

We had never been to this location or heard of the business. We looked up desserts on Google and found Twisted Sugar. What a gem. We were greeted by a young high school employee who shared his opinion on most of the menu. We picked a couple cookies and it was under $10. if you like cookies and different kind of soda drinks this is the place for you.

This is by far one of my favorite cookie shops! I love the cookies every single flavor I’ve tried has been delicious! The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place if you love cookies and have a sweet tooth

A truly unique cookie shop with a great variety of dessert options! There are cookie styles here which I’ve never seen before and they all come at a good price, especially compared to other cookies stores of the same type. I liked the pure amount of variety available, but my favorites were the cookies and cream one and the cookie butter. Looking forward to trying their other options and their drink selection!

2/24/2023 Im posting a second review on top of my first one because google wont let you post separate reviews for the same place. I purchased 6 cookies today. I never looked at the cookies until I was home about 4 hours later. Firstly when I opened the box a fruit fly flew out! Gross! And secondly the cookies were practically barely half baked. I couldn't tell if the chocolate chip cookie was still raw or cooked. Or the sugar or pb. The cookies were very damp underneath them. Hopefully this is a one off and they were inadvertently underbaked. Not sure if I'll try them again or not. I'm debating whether to throw them out or risk eating them. Original review: Loved the cookies! Cute but secretly hidden in Kroger shopping mall.
