This place is extremely unprofessional. I ordered Combo #2 and was told by our server that they were out of blue crab and would substitute it with snow crab. I specifically asked if that meant we would receive two clusters, since the combo clearly states it comes with two blue crab clusters. The server confirmed yes, so we proceeded with the order. When the food arrived, there was only one cluster. We brought this up to another employee, who turned out to be the manager, Marissa. She responded rudely and insisted the combo only comes with one cluster-despite what her server had clearly told us. How is that the customer’s fault? If your staff is misinforming guests, that is a management issue, and it should be handled with accountability and accommodation. After waiting over 15 minutes with no follow-up, the manager returned and said she would itemize the bill and remove the crab legs since we hadn’t touched them. She then claimed it would somehow cost more to do so, which made no sense. When I asked for proof, she said she checked the price but couldn’t show it because it “deleted.” Very convenient. At that point, I told her to just leave it. Later, our server tried to help and offered to ask again about a discount. The manager eventually agreed to remove the item and apply a discount but only if they physically took the crab legs back from our table. They literally removed food that had already been served, which is unsanitary and, as someone who has worked in the industry, completely unacceptable and illegal in many places and no discount was applied. This entire situation reflects poorly on the restaurant’s management, training, and professionalism. Guests should not be punished for staff misinformation, and managers should know how to de-escalate and take responsibility instead of being dismissive and disrespectful. Please educate yourself and your employees.

Definitely recommend coming for a good seafood boil. Yes you're gonna get messy but worth it 100%. I had no head shrimp with mushrooms tossed in their Twin Crab Sauce and Hot. Not as thick as I wanted to be but worth the price. Also did I mention they have things on the menu like wings ans fried rice.

Came here yesterday for half a pound of muscles. Took me a while to get help while servers & workers stand around & talk. Had to look around multiple times to get a server. After receiving my meal I had to get up and ask for gloves and a bib. Most of the muscles weren’t even in a shell just scrabbled around in the bag. Most shells were empty. Best thing i experienced was the to go bag. I like the durability and designs

First time visiting this restaurant and I have to say that I was very impressed by the decor, the music, the customer service and of course, the food. I ordered the crab cakes which were so flavorful and juicy. The shrimp was on special; buy a pound and get a half FREE at the time. That was a deal! That sauce was amazing!! The corn, potatoes, boiled eggs, and mushrooms were perfect. I can’t say enough about how delicious everything was and even the boozy drinks were really good! I’ll be back soon! I need to try their crawfish next time!

The food here is DELICIOUS!!! You can come here and sit down, dine in, and the servers keep checking on you to make sure you have everything you need! I liked the music they played too. You will spend at least $20 for your seafood but it is so good that it is worth it! ✨️😍✨️ The only thing I didn't like is they had "Diet Coke and I wanted Zero Sugar Coke" 😫 Other than that, this place is phenomenal ✨️💎✨️❤️✨️💯✨️
