“Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt is hands down my favorite spot for a sweet treat! 🍦✨ The place is always clean, bright, and welcoming, and the staff is super friendly. I love how many flavors they have to choose from, and the toppings are always fresh with so many fun options. The yogurt is creamy, refreshing, and never too sweet—just perfect! Whether I’m stopping by for a quick snack or hanging out with friends, it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious and fun dessert spot!”

When we first arrived at Tutti Frutti, we were greeted by who seemed to be the owner. He immediately told us that we couldn't sample the frozen yogurt. He directed us to the back where the cups were located, and we proceeded to get our frozen yogurt. Most of the frozen yogurt options were unavailable, and the few that were available had a watery consistency, not the creamy texture you expect from frozen yogurt. This probably explains why he didn't want us to try samples initially. We were with our mother-in-law, who wanted frozen yogurt, so we continued despite the poor quality. She got a small cup, and my wife and I shared another, which was less than half full. You can see the picture at the bottom of this review. At the checkout, my wife added one topping to ours, and my mother-in-law added two toppings to hers. To our surprise, the total for the one-and-a-half cups of frozen yogurt came to almost $20. There were no signs indicating the price per ounce. When we asked, we were told it was 79 cents per ounce, which seemed unbelievable, as we couldn't fathom that we had bought $18 worth of frozen yogurt. We are regular customers at the Tutti Frutti in the Fairmont area of Pasadena, where two full cups usually cost us around $8 to $10, and the maximum we've spent on two full cups was about $12. The fact that we were charged nearly $20 for a small cup and a half is outrageous. The place is a scam. Stay away.

They legitimately only had 5 flavors and while I was filling up my cup there was a roach walking across the machine. I threw away what I’d made and left. Disgusting.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! The owner I guess is the one running the business we didn’t feel comfortable he was walking around telling us there was no samples making hugely faces for every little thing we did and on top of that there was almost any flavor probably 5 and it was really expensive

The frozen yogurt itself was pretty good, I also liked the ambience and the set up of the space. The only thing I particularly had an issue with was the fact that you could not try the frozen yogurt and the cashier was not pleasant to interact with she made it seem like I was disturbing her even though there were no customers. I fully understand that Covid is still a thing but it doesn’t hurt to allow customers to try the frozen yogurt prior to purchasing especially when the flavors are not your typical frozen yogurt flavors. The toppings looked fresh and the fruits I topped my frozen yogurt with were very good. I might visit again but I would come at a later time and deal with the other employee he seemed much nicer. He was extremely inviting and a pleasure to interact with.
