Talked with Christopher when he arrived and showed him the mouse eared chickweed, white flowers and seeds now, and spurge also spreading and seeding, that were taking over the lawn. Asked if he knows if the solution today will treat those. He was not sure and the summary today did not list them. He said to see on Monday if they show signs of dying then to call and have him come back with the correct weed killer. Asking questions it appears more training on weeds is needed.

Earlier today yall had a team out in Sterling lakes, me and my ladies dog had broken lose when tryna dry her off outside, we chased her for a bit and y’all’s guys had helped us tremendously. They stopped what they were doing, spreaded out and helped us corner her to where we were able to retrieve her. Absolutely amazing group of guys, very very selfless and friendly. If it wasn’t for them, not sure we’d be able to get her. We thanked them for helping us and they went back to work immediately like it was no big deal, when to us it meant a lot. I’m very glad to still see that there are hard working people out here with good hearts that help others. I wish I got there names, but definitely had to leave a review for this.

We have been using TruGreen for just over six months, and our lawn looks fantastic. Michael Mc., the technician who usually serviced our yard, was knowledgeable and professional, explaining the types of weeds in our yard, how he planned to treat them, and what we could do to help our yard thrive. Although he left the company, the new technician, Brandon, is equally skilled. We often receive compliments on our yard, which suggests the service is effective. If you get their service, make sure they have accurate square footage. I was somewhat annoyed about being overcharged for the first five months, because they overestimated our yard's size. Since I realized that error they fixed it.

Lawsuit incoming!!! Do not use TruGreen! I went from an award winning lawn to bare dirt! On top of this they use deceptive business practices that violate Texas Business Code.

My yard has gone from thin and brown to thick and green! Only downside is I have to mow twice a week due to how thick and fast my lawn grows. No more bare or brown patches and the grass feels health when you walk on it. The service folks are always respectful of the property and respond very well to my unlimited questions.
