Ordered a smoothie and salad for immediate pickup and it was waiting for me when I arrived 10 mins later. Staff was friendly and my order was fresh and delicious!

I just ordered a smoothie bowl here and the smoothie was about 1/4 of the way full and it all tasted old and/or expired. This was not worth $12.65 spent. Even the lobby was dirty.

The smoothie was super fresh and perfectly blended. The staff was very friendly and the environment was really good and pleasant. The food was delicious too. I would highly recommend it.

I've always had problems with this location (placing hot food and cold bowls in the same bag on top of each other, not swapping the sweetener as I asked, etc.) Usually, they try to fix it. This time, not so much. Got there before close, but they were trying to rush us out. Starting shutting off lights 15 minutes before close to tell us we had to go. Also, they didn't want to honor our coupons for free smoothie bowls. Said they were "out of stock," even though you could literally see them in the fridge from the order station. They at least made my friend's smoothie when I asked about it (they weren't going to because the "system shouldn't have accepted it" because it was 10 before close, even though she was there in the store - took them less than 2 minutes to do it). I'll give them some credit for that, I guess.

I catered from Tropical Smoothie twice over the weekend, and it was wonderful! Patel was very responsive and was able to deliver the large order to wherever I needed. He labeled each order and delivered it on time. Highly recommend!
