This is the best community in Houston. The entire management team especially Angel and Shelia, they ensure all issues are taken care of promptly and kindly. They also curate great events monthly that assist us in meeting our neighbors and having a friendly atmosphere. The customer service and professionalism is rare and I wouldn’t stay any other place! I renewed my lease because the amenities are so top tier it’s everything you need and truly luxe. The pool is always well maintained and clean, the grill area is beautiful and the Starbucks coffee is the best perk lol! This is your sign to move in now! 1000/1000

When we were initially looking for a new place to live we were torn between a couple places, but it was working with Alondra that really sold us on these lofts. She worked with us for months to find the perfect place and since moving in she’s been just as helpful! I’ve never had such peace of mind in an apartment complex before and she’s been a huge part of that. Love the location and amenities as well! The staff really does so much to make it a clean and nice place to live

My partner and I lived here last year and couldn’t wait to move out after experiencing numerous issues with the facilities: 1. The elevators break down constantly, and when they are working, you're likely to find dog urine or trash in them at least once or twice a week. 2. The appliances are extremely outdated and caused our electricity bills to be sky-high every month. The washing machine tore several of our clothes, and the dryer often required two or three cycles to fully dry them. 3. The valet trash service makes the hallways smell terrible for most of the day, and you're likely to have to dodge trash bags on your way to your apartment. The smell of weed is also consistently present. 4. A piece of ceiling tile actually fell on us, and we had water leaks in the walls that were never fixed during our stay (photos included). Other maintenance issues were also ignored because, according to the management, their vendor “didn’t have the parts,” which was a recurring excuse. 5. We were charged over $900 when we moved out, and it took them two months to return our deposit, which they, of course, partially withheld. This is not only outrageous but also illegal and in direct violation of their own contract, which states deposits should be returned within 30 days. This is the kind of place you're dealing with, so think twice before moving in. 6. There was a massive flood in the basement that leaked into the elevators, putting everyone in the building at risk. 7. I wish the manager would spend more time addressing the property's actual issues and renters’ concerns instead of trying to polish the property's reputation on Google reviews. The “thank you for your honest feedback, we’re working to address these issues” script is getting old. 8. Cars get broken into regularly, and the parking lot gates are broken two-thirds of the time. Trust me, you can definitely find a better place for the amount of money you’ll spend renting here, or even for less. Just keep looking.

This place probably functioned better when it was a Hospice center. If you care about yourself please DO NOT live here. If you have a complaint you will be met with very little help and kickback from staff. Rent is overpriced for the amount of awful consistent incidents that occur on a weekly basis. The elevators are very often out of service, the one used for moving is still out-it's been several months. My air filter was covered in mold and it took two maintenance trips to have the AC area cleaned and a proper filter put in. They use cheap filters. The amount of roaches is enough alone to bother anyone. Frequent police presence and never any notifications sent to tenants as to what was going on. It gets better, I came home to a BAT inside my apartment and very much alive. The bat finds crevices in the old building and made its way through the walls and out under my dishwasher. Found several areas with the help of maintenance as to where the bat can find a way in. I feel horrible for the maintenance staff. The higher ups that own the property should be ashamed. Corporate greed. Hermann Park Loft's way of renovating is just layering on more paint and pouring fabulouso on the floor and staff walking around spraying Febreeze. The day I moved out I felt so much relief.

Toured the apartment on Friday, it was clean and quiet, the room we wanted wasn’t available yet but we will be back to tour it soon, overall good customer service, Sophie was very hospitable and helpful!
