Recently moved in and had an amazing experience thanks to Alondra Mejill who is a leasing consultant here. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and was really gracious and flexible with her time to show us all the different floor plans, answer our many questions and would notify us asap when a specific floor plan we wanted became available. She replied to all my emails of questions I had about the apartment complex in a prompt and professional manner and once we decided we wanted to move here she helped prioritize our application to get the exact apartment floor plan we wanted. Her above and beyond service was a key reason we chose Hermann Park Lofts over other apartment complexes in the area. She also helped us during the moving process to help update the appliances, selecting the best stainless steel options available and had them installed for us when moving in. We love the apartment, the complex and amenities, which are always clean and well serviced. Management is great and immediately responsive and helpful and the maintenance requests are carried out quickly. Big thanks to Alondra and the Lofts - would recommend!

This is the best community in Houston. The entire management team especially Angel and Shelia, they ensure all issues are taken care of promptly and kindly. They also curate great events monthly that assist us in meeting our neighbors and having a friendly atmosphere. The customer service and professionalism is rare and I wouldn’t stay any other place! I renewed my lease because the amenities are so top tier it’s everything you need and truly luxe. The pool is always well maintained and clean, the grill area is beautiful and the Starbucks coffee is the best perk lol! This is your sign to move in now! 1000/1000

I lived a here a year. Yes most of the staff are friendly, but most of the time they are relatively unhelpful. Their delivery service, "fetch" can be nice but beware of leaving packages at your door, there are thieves. And the perfect part about their security cameras is that they are all unused and "off" because they were installed by the former owner. I recommend being especially keen on documenting everything from beginning to end. As our year came to a close on the lease, I went down to speak with management about a smooth transition out. I was then told that a year lease was from February 3 to January 2, and that that was 12 months. As well as telling me that since i was late on giving notice id have to pay a fee. Only after asking for the original signed contract did they realize my move out date should have been a month later and was "corrected" in their system. This has been my only experience in an apartment and if I can help it, it won't happen again.

The absolute worse experience of my life! I didn’t even live here a year before my car was broken in twice and I’ve had almost $500 worth of stolen packages taken from my front door. It is a false sense of security! Cameras that do not work at all and no on site security. 10/10 would not recommend

When we were initially looking for a new place to live we were torn between a couple places, but it was working with Alondra that really sold us on these lofts. She worked with us for months to find the perfect place and since moving in she’s been just as helpful! I’ve never had such peace of mind in an apartment complex before and she’s been a huge part of that. Love the location and amenities as well! The staff really does so much to make it a clean and nice place to live
