Good experience here, it was pretty challenging finding someone to help us pick out the cognac at first. Later Angie finally approached and later referred the cognac expert. Overall a good experience!

Upon entering the store, it was very clean. I visited this total wine for a rum tasting. This was so much fun! Though I am not a fan of rum straight, it was cool tasting the different options. They did provide a Mojito, which was really good. Very refreshing. I also enjoyed the spiced rum. I appreciated the fact that they did a presentation along with the tasting. They also provided small bites for us to eat. We tasted eight different rums. It was fun for a date night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good vibe! I would definitely do another class.

I had never been to any of these locations before today. I’m planning a large birthday party this weekend and Cody the sales manager was incredible. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and it really helped me get the best bang for my buck. They had a huge selection of spirits, and I definitely will be making this a regular stop for all of mine adult beverage needs.

Atmosphere was nice. Customer Service in wine area was terrible. After asking for help in wine area was told by a white male with a ladder I’m busy getting something but what do you need? I said a sweet red wine and then he said aile 18 I think which was a few isle down. So I headed there and was told my a lady standing behind the register in the wine area yes that aile. Neither one of them even asked what brand are u looking for or if I needed any help. Got to the cash register and the young guy seemed to be in a bad mood also. This location I’ll never go back too. I love good Customer Service. The only person in the store with good customer service was the lady maybe the manager behind counter that I asked for a napkin because the basket was wet. She walked and found me one and that I appreciate that very much.

They had 1/2 of my order, at a decent price but their overstock is disorganized and they were unable to fulfill the other half. The staff is very friendly and helpful which is the polar opposite of what I've experienced at Specs. The store is extremely clean and I will definitely return
