Tossed Gluten Free Pizza

Try this place out because my coworker has been ranting and raving about this place all week. I had to wait for someone to come take my order. The Alfredo Pasta was ok, but the little garlic pieces in foil, had me questioning was that normal. Not sure if that how they serve the bread, but ok. That interaction should have been better. $9.95 for this little piece of cheesecake 😡🤬. Tried to get a refund. They said no because u left the store, 😮 No problem I WILL NOT BE BACK. OVERLY PRICED

We’ve ordered from this Russo’s many times and have always loved their food, but last night their customer service truly went above and beyond. We ordered through Uber Eats, and unfortunately the delivery experience was a disaster. The driver marked the order as delivered, left a package at our door, took a photo, and then took the order back and left!! We called Russo’s simply to make them aware of what had happened, since Uber Eats handles delivery for them. Beatrice was beyond kind, patient, and professional. She immediately offered to remake our order and took ownership of a situation that wasn’t even the restaurant’s fault and made it right anyway. Thank you, Beatrice, for caring about your customers and your business. We will absolutely continue supporting your location and next time, we’ll order directly!

brand new russo just opened and everything was great! came during lunch and even had a lunch special. big pizza slice and a salad for 12.95. when u fine in they give bread and olive oil and was delish. they had others as well. ordered the hot wings and crispy and yummy! will come back.

We have been regular customers of Russo’s Morton Ranch, but this experience was very disappointing. Our pickup order (#44) was missing the chicken. I called the same day — no one answered. I also contacted Toast and emailed both Toast and Russo’s. Toast replied quickly, but Russo’s never responded to my email. It’s frustrating to be ignored, especially as a loyal customer. If this situation is not resolved, unfortunately, we won’t be coming back. Upd: problem solved! Thanks to the management Changing for 4 stars now:)

We had chicken Alfredo pasta which was pretty good. They do sell pizza by slice which is pretty convenient. Service was beyond amazing. Will definitely go back!
