The food here never disappoints! The chicken and waffles was soooo good! The service is a hit or miss but this time around we have a good server. He was attentive and not over bearing! Those potatoes are so good and crispy! This is one of our go to spots and we are always pleased with the food!

Overall the experience here was average. It wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t say it was worth the trip out. I’d probably only come here again if I lived nearby (10-15 min). It was very busy which can be good or bad. Parking is ample. The restaurant itself is small so it feels very crowded and it’s very loud. Definitely not a spot to have a quiet 1-1. The food was average as well. It wasn’t bad but I also wouldn’t say it was the best food I ever had. Really the two complaints I have about the food we ordered was the chilaquiles and the lattes. The chilaquiles had a good flavor but the tortilla chips they use are completely the wrong ones. They use very think chips that are basically soggy when they come out. The tortilla chips are on the cheaper side and pretty sure it’s a cost cutting measure instead of a chef decision. If they switched to a higher quality tortilla chip they would be a lot better. Also as a side note, they brought me some chilaquiles that where complete wrongly made, I wasn’t going to say anything but then they brought me the right plate, so not sure if perhaps they messed up and brought me someone else’s order first by accident but I am glad they corrected their mistake without me having to say anything. The lattes we ordered were not made well at all. There was no frothed milk and it seamed as if it was mostly the espresso with some water and maybe a touch of milk. I definitely wouldn’t recommend the lattes. It was also disappointing to see that we ordered 2 lattes and each one was a different measurement. One cup was basically halfway full while the other was almost to the top. That I just don’t understand. They should take a little more time to try to present their food items with a little more care. Everything else we ate was decent. Another issue was the service. It’s not that they were rude or non attentive (which at time it felt that way) but they are so busy that the waiter had to be doing multiple things at once. We had to wait a while for drink refills and the food came out after about 25 minutes. Because of this it also feels unfair to be charged gratuity. It makes you feel like they won’t try because they know they’re going to get a large tip anyways. I would also suggest that if your party is more than 4 people I would look elsewhere. The place is just too small to feel comfortable with a big table. We were 5 adults and 2 kids and there was barely enough room. To end on a positive note, the pancakes and waffles were good and I would order those again, but that’s about it. I’m not a huge dessert style breakfast person, but they do have a large variety of pancakes and waffles and donuts that I would try if I wasn’t trying to be mindful of what I ate.

Atmosphere is nice, service was good but food is kind of mid! We ordered chunky monkey French toast, they were paper thin with layer of Nutella and bananas on top, it tasted fine but nothing like French toast. Also got crispy buffalo chicken burrito, it only had some ground up chicken with no buffalo flavor, eggs and potatoes were fine, though. Food quality for the price just didn't seem worth it!

I decided to return a second time to this amazing restaurant with my son today. I thought my last time was great, but I am now a true believer! On this visit I got the Patty melt sandwich with spicy mayo served along side of crispy fries. The grilled mushrooms and onions were complimented with a delicious mozzarella cheese on top of a juicy beef patty inside a buttery bread. My son ordered the chicken and waffles with spicy honey and cheesy grits, he loved every bite. Josh was our server was pleasant and had a great personality with personal recommendations. I couldn’t leave without trying another croissant donut, so we ordered a Oreo Cheesecake one to go which was still warm. So glad to have found this place, it my new go-to. Thanks again

This was our first visit with a party of 6. While three people enjoyed their meals. The drinks were good, but the three other people who did not enjoy their meals coincidentally all had queso fresco and could not get halfway through the meal which we figured out it was the cheese that was spoiled. When brought to the attention of the staff they stated “ that’s how it smells”. We eat queso fresco frequently at home and definitely know what it should smell and taste like. This was not a good experience and will not be back. We were told there was no manager on site to speak with.
