Adequate stop for banh mi if you're in the area but nothing stands out. Very overpriced imo for what you're getting, see my pictures for details. For $8 I had a few fried eggs, two slices of cucumber, a pinch of pickled carrots and 3 sprigs of cilantro. Barely any butter, and a splash of maggi. Also the wait was pretty bad, I estimated 10 minutes for my order of one banh mi. I would go to Breaktime instead.

Old pork meat Sloppily sandwich bread falling apart clearly old, pork meat old, cilantro black, and cucumber cut awkwardly and chunky. Overall presentation 0 stars but have to give 1. They do not care about flavor taste or presentation. No customer service at all it’s like we bothered them because we’re ordering. First time trying this place. It’s inside in meet fresh dessert place. The women who made the banh Mis took 20 minutes to give us our sandwiches. We were the only customers at the time. It was super slow. Sandwich comes out bread falling apart no butter sauce pork old and dry they drenched it in teriyaki sauce to cover up the dry old taste of it. Cilantro black and the cucumbers big chunks cut in circles all sloppily put together. It was a disgrace. I’m trying to find a local banh mi sandwich shop but this one was definitely not it. Check out pictures for reference.

Nice to have another Banh Mi option in Katy! Sauce was delicious and jalapeños had some kick. Traditional Vietnamese butter was savory and paired great with the breads crunch. We had the beef meatball and lemongrass pork. Recommend giving them a try!
