Brand new Tim Hortons location in this area, you can tell when going inside this place is probably six months old or less. It’s got a nice inside seating area with some round and square tables, reg chairs and high chairs and some boots to sit down. Inside is not really big but plenty of sitting and. also there’s outside seating space and drive through. Service was excellent. We had a full meal for two adults for 20USD. Pricing seems great. I gave 4 starts to the food only because the egg on the “scramble egg loaded breakfast” wasn’t great tasting. Vanilla latte and chocolate donut were 5 🌟

I tried their breakfast sandwich with Cappachino. Their breakfast sandwich and Cappachino was far better than our leading brands. This Tim Hortons is at Clay Road and Hwy 99. I was served by Ms. Jessica. I was greeted with a very pleasant smile and served with utmost professionalism. Recommend this store a 100%.

First time tried Tim Hortons in Texas and it was pretty decent. Coffee was nice and hot. We ordered egg and cheese biscuit, donuts, burrito and jalapeno cheese pastry. temp in the seating area was super cold. 4 stars for service because we had to wait 5 minutes before someone came and took our order. Reasonably priced and good spot for a quick breakfast.

I always make a stop by here when I'm visiting Katy. I love the donuts and the coffee is great too. It brings back memories of my trips to Canada. 🇨🇦 🍁 Service is always great and I never have to wait very long for my order.

On Friday morning, January 16, I visited the Tim Hortons drive-thru to pick up an online order. Upon arrival, I informed the team member that I had a mobile order and was asked for both my name and order number, which caused a delay. My order included a bagel, which I believed came with cream cheese based on the in-app coupon. At the window, I was told cream cheese was not included and was rudely instructed to pay an additional $1. When I asked for clarification regarding the coupon, the team member again responded rudely and repeated that my order did not include cream cheese. While withholding the rest of my prepaid order, I requested a refund and was told I would need to contact customer service. I was handed only the receipt, without my food, and left the location.
