This Birds Cooked

All of our Customers loved the Nashville chicken! I ordered a 2 piece basket, it came with two very large pieces of chicken, a side (curly fries for me) and coleslaw. I asked for some of their homemade dipping sauces. Best chicken I've had in a long time! Honestly, I've never had anything quite like it, seasoned to perfection and soooo good! The sides and sauces were excellent! Follow this truck and give them a try, you won't be disappointed! Thanks for coming out to our Dog and Family Friendly Beer Garden. I’m always chasing a good Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Every new spot I hear about, I’m there. I’ve tried a lot of places and most of them are just okay. Spotted This Bird’s Cooked at Deacon Baldy’s and figured I’d give it a shot. The owner was out there and was super friendly. She took the time to walk me through the different heat levels and actually explained what gets added as you step up. That kind of thing goes a long way. You can tell she genuinely cares about the food and the experience. Got the tacos topped with slaw and wow. So much flavor packed into every bite. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the spice was on point. Not too much, not too little, just right. The slaw on top pulled it all together and gave it that little bit of crunch and coolness that balanced everything out. This one genuinely surprised me. It’s hard to find a place that actually nails it and these guys did. Wish I had found them a long time ago. If you see this truck out there, do yourself a favor and stop. You won’t regret it.

The workers were very nice and helpful with answering questions about the menu. We got the hot hunny sandwich with the next level spice, chicken had great flavor and was super juicy and cooked perfectly! The spice with the honey gave it the perfect balance, however if spicy is what you like I’d recommend going higher than “next level” I love spice and didn’t do much for me. The chipotle fries were also good however next time I’d ask for no pickles since they don’t taste well with the rest of the items on the fries, the Mac and cheese was a bit bland but still good, just missing some salt and pepper which is an easy fix but the consistency was perfect. Curly fries are my favorite so they were good! I’d definitely come back

Hands down, the BEST chicken sandwich I have ever had! Juiciest chicken breast with a sweet and spicy sauce 🤤 the softest bun and thick pickle slices. Seriously give this place a try it’s phenomenal. Chick-Fil-A has nothing on this place. The lady that runs the food truck is an absolute sweetheart always has a good attitude and is very passionate about her food. I come back to support her business when ever I crave a sandwich!!

They were at Deacon Baldy's. Highly recommend their Nashville hot chicken sandwich and curly fries. I wish the breading was thicker but all in all very delicious! The meat was juicy and hot. Can’t wait to have the opportunity to go here again.
