I ordered a cake from the village bakery for my friend’s 50th birthday party and it was absolutely incredible!!! Everyone was impressed and said the cake was so delicious and kept asking where it was from. I knew exactly what I wanted and sent specifications for a customized Pina Colada cake, but modern and elegant. It was fruity, but not overly sweet. The cake was fluffy but still moist. The frosting was soft and creamy. The whole experience was perfect. Thank you for helping make this vision come to life and the special occasion even more memorable. You definitely have my vote for anyone needing a cake in Houston!

The designs and decorations of the cakes looks proffesional, artistic and amazing but the quality of flavor is not that great and the customer service from the owner Richard I think that’s his name is so negative vibe. But the rest of the staff who works their the employees are very fretful and kind. He has very low patience and can be easily rude.

I would highly recommend this place! I ordered a cake for my baby shower from this bakery and they executed the vision that I had for my cake very well. The cake was beautiful! The order for the cake was kind of placed at the last minute but they still got it done in a timely manner before my event started. We got so many compliments on the cake not just on the looks but the taste as well. They did a wonderful job and again would recommend. I definitely will be a returning customer.
