Moving in process was great the staff are amazing! The manager and assistant helped me so much. I had the best experience with Stephanie the leasing agent she was very patient and explained to me all the move in cost. So happy and apartment wise looks amazing

I’ve lived here for 2 years, and unfortunately I regret moving here. Management does not seem to prioritize tenant safety or property upkeep. There is dog waste consistently left all over the grounds, stairwells are dirty and rarely power washed, and there have been ongoing issues with cars being broken into and towed. After two years, it’s disappointing that these problems continue without noticeable improvement. Tenants deserve a clean, well-maintained, and secure place to live. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful changes for current and future residents.

I have been staying at this community since 2019 (since Cortland) and this year has just been getting worse and worse. I received a renewal offer in early October and confirmed with office staff that I would receive it the day after it came in my email. He confirmed multiple times over the phone that yes I would receive it. I then proceeded. On today I received my new billing statement (which should have been discounted) and there is no discount! I called the office and was told “no one can get the discount due to it not being approved” I was baffled at the statement because that is nothing that has ever come across my email or my phone. I proceeded to tell the staff that this is considered deceptive because they are luring people to renew their lease by giving them offers that they are not going to adhere to. I had time to decline the renewal and move. This is completely ridiculous! It’s not my wrongdoing it’s the companies fault. The fact that they sent an offer, lied repeatedly, then tell me I’m not getting my bonus offer! This is by far the worst experience I’ve had. I would always rave about where I stayed and now it’s completely unacceptable and I wouldn’t recommend. Bathroom maintenance still not completed after it was butchered and communicated to the office. I have been more than patient and the tenants who have been loyal get screwed

Each of these 5 stars are for Mr. Nathan. He was an absolute joy to meet today. From the moment I walked in, he welcomed me and made me feel right at home. He didn’t rush me, and was very knowledgeable. Thank you, Mr. Nathan, for making my day!

Management, safety, responsiveness and cleanliness have been the best part of my stay here! In less than a year, I've seen every aspect of the community improve especially security/safety. Very grateful for the office staff for always being on top of maintenance and community! Special thanks to Jackie, Shaneshia and Nathan ; they’re always doing their best in leadership 🙏 and it shows in all the improvements the property has gone through in less than a year.
