I recently visited Cake Station, formerly known as Sugar Rush, during my trip from Pennsylvania, and let me tell you, the cupcakes there are nothing short of heavenly! Each bite is a burst of moist deliciousness that will leave you craving more. But that's not all—this charming bakery also offers a delightful array of cakes, pies, and various sweet treats. I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin, the owner, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about his craft. His hospitality truly elevated the experience. Whether you're a local in Houston or just passing through, Cake Station is definitely a must-visit spot in Pearland. Treat yourself to a sweet escape; you won't regret it!

Visited the location in Pearland. The owner was very friendly and approachable, explained all selections in the store. We purchased peach cobbler and pecan pie. Both were amazingly delicious. The cobbler was the ‘bomb diggity’, the best tasting crust and soft peaches in the filling. This will be my go-to place when near Pearland. Ample parking available.

Peach cobbler is my favorite dessert , I used to get sugar rush over on 610 and Stella Link Before they burned down .. so i tried the pearland location peach cobbler… didnt like it …it had an after taste maybe because it wasn’t freshly made … don’t know but thats my second time and i didnt like it …

Rated 5 stars because the ladies behind the counter were amazing and so sweet! They carry mini 5in cakes that are readily available and a whole fridge of cake pop/balls and some really interesting cupcake flavors. We got a brownie chocolate, banana pudding and coconut pineapple. While the brownie was nothing to write home about, it was still a solid cupcake, and I loved the little brownie on top. The banana pudding cupcake had actual pudding on top and had an amazing (cream cheese?) icing. I wish there was maybe real banana in it but I understand that probably wouldn’t do well as far as shelf life. The really show stopper was the coconut pineapple. I cannot praise the icing enough, it was beautiful and could easily stand on its own, the cake was fluffy, and there were bits of pineapple in what seemed like a jam filling. My boyfriend and I found ourselves fighting over it. We also got a Sock it to me cake pop, which I really had no idea what flavor it was but I’m glad I took the chance. It was a delicious cinnamon blend and it’s really my style. I will definitely be back here for a 5in cake, and this coconut pineapple cupcake, which I hope also comes in a 5in cake.
