Gotti’s is an outstanding spot that truly delivers both in atmosphere and service. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance immediately stands out — stylish, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together without feeling overdone. The lighting, music, and overall aesthetic create a comfortable yet upscale vibe that makes it a great place to relax, socialize, or enjoy a quality meal and drinks. What really elevated the experience, though, was Hannah’s customer service. She was attentive, personable, and genuinely engaging throughout the visit. Hannah has a natural ability to make guests feel welcomed and taken care of without being intrusive. She stayed on top of everything, offered great recommendations, and made sure the experience flowed smoothly from start to finish. Her professionalism combined with a warm personality made a lasting impression and added a personal touch that you don’t always find. The overall energy of Gotti’s feels intentional — clean, well-managed, and inviting. It’s clear that attention is paid not just to the food and drinks, but to the entire guest experience. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual outing or a night out with friends, the ambiance and service make it a place worth returning to. Highly recommend checking out Gotti’s, and if you get the chance, ask for Hannah — she truly helps make the experience exceptional.

Food was 20 out of 10. Service 20 out of 10. Vibe 20 out of 10. Love everything about this place. Except for those sand paper napkins. Please change those. Other than that. Best lamb chops I've ever had. Drink was not lacking with the alcohol I had the white gummy bear 😋. Those egg rolls, my goodness. First time having Cajun egg rolls and I loved them. Will be back next time I'm in Houston. 😋 Waitress was a very nice young lady.

Celebrated birthday Brunch here at 11am on a Saturday. Weather was bad, so I didn't get the full experience. We were the only table for hours. Server was Cardi *spellcheck*. The dj, food and service was good. Ordered pineapple mimosa, Gotti's Cajun breakfast with eggs, biscuits, sausage, fresh fruit and added a side of grits. They also gave a complimentary shot and birthday tribute with a sign and sparklers. Will return.

We visited location while in Houston just being curious and hungry. The staff were awesome, friendly, helpful and honest about their food. The atmosphere was awesome, live and energetic. The downside is the once we were seated the wait for our food was wayyyy too long for the small crowd that was there and what appeared to be a full staff. The wait was pointless because my food arrived barley warm, which ruined my meal. If you are in the area, stop by give them try and make your own decision.

I truly enjoyed the food even though I made a reservation and did t get to order for 1.5 hour. My waitress was nice and did her best. The bartender had the nastiest attitude and not very approachable as I expressed my dislike for a drink and attempted to determine what was included. The atmosphere was decent. Very very loud but the DJ to me was the real issue. He kept mentioning my being there alone. I was waiting on my man to make it from work. He then came to sit at my table, touching the utensils placed there for my man which was unsanitary and ridiculous. I started texting my guy to let him know the guy was annoying me and my man walked in to this guy sitting in his seat. That didn’t look good at all. To mention once my man was there the DJ started saying by the way he was dressed he knew he had money. My guy stepped out for a sec and as he walked back in he heard the DJ over the loud speaker telling me to take him for all he has. My guy is Nigerian and was dressed in Nigerian attire. What the DJ said and did was very prejudice and ignorant. Thank God for my class and my man knowing I had no control of the guy sitting there. Even after I snatched the utensils and ignited him he remained sitting there unwanted and unasked. I should have read reviews bc I didn’t know the environment was that of them asking women to get up and twerk and staff rubbing on the ladies booty and taking lap dances at the Resturant. I don’t judge how someone want to run their establishment but please don’t bother those not looking for that attention. If you don’t want to be sexualized or disrespected then don’t go there. Beignets and greens were great however.
