I ordered the fried fish and grits via Uber Eats for about $26. The images show what I ordered vs what I received. The fish portion was significantly smaller than usual and the grits were runny undercooked. I went to The Locker Room hoping they would remake it... instead they made me wait 23 minutes before refusing to remake it. The chef claimed the fish is 14oz, claimed there's nothing wrong the grits. The chef accused me of consuming half of it because of its size. I told management i ate 2 bits and it was originally a small portion. The Locker refused to rectify the situation. The table next to me while i was waiting sent their fish and grits back to the kitchen. I asked them why and they said the exact same reason. Management denied what I witnessed. I also informed Management that I have ordered this dish many times and have been a loyal customer, and shared my picture as proof. The Locker refused to give me anything to make it right. Unfortunately they have lost my business and the business of my friends and family.

I would've posted photos but completely forgot to and my husband and I devoured it all by the time we realized we needed to post a review to tell people that this spot got it going on!! The oxtail was perfect but that crawfish was kickin! And for such a good price. We'll definitely be returning for more. This was for my birthday celebration so I'm so grateful I got enjoy this with this amazing food!

management trash, food mediocre, service trash came in last night at about 10 sat down me and my date ordered stuffed salmon and Shrimp pasta And two drinks first drinks came out. They were good 20 minutes later. Service comes back to tell us that they are out of Alfredo sauce even though I know it’s the easiest thing to make in the kitchen. You have garlic butter throw some heavy whipping cream in there and you have Alfredo sauce, but we changed this to another stuffed salmon 10 minutes later one stuffed salmon comes to the table 15 minutes past 20 minutes past we find our server because it’s taking so long for the other one to come out and she says the kitchen is bagged up even though it’s only about six people in there so we tell her to take the other one back and put it under the heat lamp to keep it warm because there’s two people here it only one meal about an hour has passed. Everybody else has gotten their food and we are still waiting for the other plate. Our server has disappeared. We wanted another drink, but we couldn’t find Her as we got up to look for the manager. The food finally comes out an hour and a half later it is now 1145 and they’re starting to close down. I spoke with the manager her excuse was I sent everybody home early and the person that’s back there is New. He doesn’t know what’s going on and he only speak Spanish. Well, why would you send everybody home and leave a new person in the kitchen to Finn for himself, especially if he only speaks Spanish. The manager said she would discount our mail and still somehow ended up spending $170. None of it makes sense. was also told the 20% Automatic added gratuity Does not go to the server she claimed that it goes to everybody else that’s not even legal

I’ve been here before and the vibes were great. This time I ordered to go oxtails and they weren’t the best, firstly, my plate barely had rice , no gravy and barely 2 oxtails, I paid $40. This price is egregious to say the least. Then the oxtails had a bunch of pepper. I’m disappointed.

Kie was top tierrrrrr! She was very accommodating and as a restaurant manager myself, I would love to have her on my own team! When you go, make sure you request her! Good music, good food, good vibes
