The Kombucha Company

I had some issues with my first batch of kombucha, but what really stood out was this company’s support. Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish, with a genuinely committed after-sales team focused on solving the problem. They followed up closely and didn’t rest until everything was working perfectly. Today, I’m completely satisfied. The product is excellent, high quality, and the level of care they show their customers is rare to find. I confidently recommend them, especially because of the attention and responsibility they demonstrated after the purchase. Customer service and after-sales support are a solid 10 out of 10.

Super thankful when they did ship out to Dallas. The good news is that they still sell starter kits so I will try and get that. But their kombucha is the best Ive tried. I havent found anything close to this in Dallas when it comes to the health benefits.

I’m a big of fan of homegrown businesses! The Kombucha Company is truly that. From starting out brewing in their garage, to farmers markets around the Houston area, and now having an actual storefront...it’s awesome to see small businesses making a name for themselves. Their Kombucha is made using filtered rain water, then naturally flavored to get that crisp tart taste! If you’re near one of their farmers markets or in the area, definitely make a point to taste their product and pick up a couple bottles. In my opinion, it’s way better than any of the big name Kombucha brands that you can now find in the grocery store.

I saw TKC on the local TV news program and learned that they were local to me, ~10 miles, and was ecstatic to go visit. I started buying and drinking Kombucha from amazon and didn't really like it. The flavors weren't really all that great and didn't taste "fresh". I went to TKC and right after walking in, Trenton greeted me like we're buddies already. I told him about my online order and before I even began to ask for samples, to try out the different flavors they offered, he asked if I wanted to try them. I tried most all of the flavors and liked the original and watermelon the best (waaaaaaaay better than anything on amazon). As I told him what I wanted, he surprised me and said I paid too much and gave me an explanation of their membership prices and options. It would have been much cheaper had I went that route, but he did the most amazing thing. He said I'd refund my money, sign me up, and give me that deal. I even told him that before learning about them, I was going to learn to brew my own kombucha and he said he'd give me pointers, tips, and help me out. He runs/owns the business and is not greedy at all, very friendly and accommodating! This is how you run a business, sell good products and treat me like I'd treat you! After that was settled, he gave me a tour and explanation of his shop. He even said that if I wanted to change out the bottles, I could, which is nice because I travel. I walked out with a lot of kombucha and for hell of a deal. I thought I was ripping him off, but he assured me I wasn't I'll definitely be back there for my refills

If you want delicious, fresh, real non-grocery brand Kombucha come here!! This is a local Kombucha brewery that has stood strong for 5+ years for good reason. They've grown drastically from having a few flavors to multiple and even adding seasonal options! Since they're a direct source they even have on tap their flavors so you can try before you buy! $5 per drink or a box of 6 for $25 and membership deals! Also if they still have this deal: bring your original container and get $1 off for a refill! I'd say all drinks are delicious, but I definitely have my favorites over others. Show some love to this local business!
