Came on a lovely Sunday afternoon with the wife, just wanted a place to get some good seafood. I didn’t catch our servers name, but she was AWESOME. Super nice, helped with menu suggestions and had drinks and food out super fast, would def come back just for that. The food was a 10/10. Hot Cajun seasoning was the way to go, we had an awesome experience today and I hope the server is getting her credit too for having an awesome attitude even when the place was slow!

I went to this location on hwy 6 North in Houston, Texas for my birthday, September 30 around 6pm. Your staff was very unprofessional and rude. The waitress Aniyah, had on a black hoodie with the hood on and airpods in her ears. She didn't take our order right and forgot the order to one of my guests in my party. The guest didn't even get her crablegs in which 2 separate orders were ordered. She forgot me and my grandson shrimps and side of eggs which came out late after we had to keep reminding her of everything that was missing. She also smelled like marijuana bad. I ask for the manager Joyce and complained to her about the whole situation. She was know help. She was rude and didn't seem to care about my complaint. She actually started arguing with myself and one of my guests about our order. Then she didn't even want to discount me for all we ordered and went thru. She finally gave us 15% off the bill. Very unsatisfied! I am a manager myself and would never treat a guests such as she did. This location use to be nice with good customer service and management. That's why I wanted to go there but after this poor service, I will not be back. I'm also a Google reviewer where I go to different businesses to comment about the food, establishment and service. I will definitely be complaining about this location and management. Not happy at all! They definitely need a overhaul of employees that looks presentable and management that's not rude. I don't recommend this location to anyone at all!

I read all the reviews before coming and was already judging. So i called my order in and told him i was i. Route. Tuesday at 12:10. I get here, very clean and open. I was greeted and sat, the guy server Donavon B who took my call stated my food wouldd be out. The server was very attentaive, he followed up to make sure i was okay and satisfied with the food. Combo 7, snow crab legs had meat in it, moist, i got a good thick cluster, hot! The shrimp was perfect, easy peel, not sticking to the shell or overboiled. I got the mix spice medium, it really was medium, taste was good, no complaints would of liked a little more salt taste, but thats my louisianana in me! Idk if all the negative comments reshaped! But a great experience!

My wife and I used to love coming to this place, last few times we've came the service and the food are no longer how it used to be. 1) Even with the place empty/slow, servers are no where to he found. Food takes an eternity to come out, got my 1st drink refil right before getting the tab, so ended up having to ration my drink for the entirety of my meal. 2) The flavor is just not the same, not sure what changed. As much time as I saw the servers in the back, it almost seems like they are the ones serving and preparing the food, which would make sense why the flavor has changed and why the service has been bad. Our server was super nice, just always never to be found. Given how much this place costs to eat, at the very least the service should be responsive. This place used to be my wife's excitement to come eat, after our most recent visit, she doesn't want to go back, she wants to find a new boil place.

I don't take leaving reviews lightly. I take serious consideration prior to leaving a review. Circumstances have to be explicit in one direction or the other. Cold outside...cold inside. In this case, for the time of day we arrived, it shouldn't have taken so long for the lunch visit. I ordered Popcorn shrimp, my guest ordered Catfish and shrimp, with a side of steamed Oysters OTHS. While she was happy with the well seasoned Oysters , I received the Popcorn Shrimp I ordered shortly after. Being the only ppl in the restaurant it seems we waited longer than what should have been necessary for our drinks and food...but I digress. Her main entre, the Catfish and Shrimp came as well. Then we realized - we've got no salt or pepper shakers, paper napkins, or utensils were given, nor stationed on the tables. My popcorn shrimp was slightly soggy, just WARM at best...seemingly NO SEASONING in the batter TOTALLY bland...no seasoning whatsoever...not even SALT and I only received a small container of Ketchup. My guest's shrimp was good but the catfish tasted like pond scum and self-hate. As for the shrimp, I requested hotsauce, received 5 Packages of Tabasco. Requested additional ketchup, finally got it along with my togo box and bag. Asking for the check... SIXTY-NINE dollars and some change for a lunch than would've tasted 100x better at CAPTAIN D's and cost more than $50 LESS. I'm not mad...I'm disappointed. This place can and SHOULD be better than this!
