I had no idea that Honey Baked Ham was also a deli/sandwich shop. I always thought they only sold honey baked hams, but to my surprise it is also a small deli/sandwhixh shop. I was next door at another store in the shopping outlet and saw a sign on the window that honey baked sold food, so I walked in. The staff was friendly and I ordered the combo bbq turkey bacon cheddar sandwich, it was delicious and a side of the sweet onion potato chips. The sandwich with the chips was absolutely delicious! Now that I know that Honey Baked is a restaurant, I will be returning more often.

I usually go to this location for my ham, but this year I was running errands downtown, so I went to the Richmond location. Never again! They had one line for online orders and walk-ins. I waited 30 minutes, only to be told at the counter that they were no longer accepting walk-ins. Total waste of time. I went to this location, and it was completely different—very organized. They had two lines: one for walk-ins and another for prepaid orders. Even if you were in the wrong line, they would still help you quickly and efficiently. The service was very friendly, even during the busy holiday rush.

The woman today at the counter around 11 am was down right rude and had no customer service! I ordered for my co workers and I online . I show up and only one order was ready. Then it was an inconvenience to ask for the other 3 orders. I finally get the 3 other sandwiches. I had to grab my own chips and when I mentioned a missing drink . She told the other employee get him the bottle of water. Why am the one being treated like I did something wrong. I ordered in advance and showed up on time with no customers in the lobby. I could see if they were busy or even if she had great customer service I wouldn’t have minded waiting one bit. Things happen! I know to never go to this location due to they seem to not want our business. The products were awesome!

Purchased a Christmas ham. $110 for approximately 10 pounds. It was reheated per instructions and served, unfortunately the meat was very dry, so much it crumbled when cut, so it was pretty much a vegetarian meal. Friendly and efficient staff but unacceptable product

They receive 1 star for their pick up process during Thanksgiving. If you prepay, then they open up all but ONE register for the prepay orders (we don't prepay because if we overpay then we have to request a refund). One register for online orders that are scheduled vs the rest of the registers and employees focusing on the prepay orders. I get it. If you take the chance of overpaying for a prepaid order, then you should get a priority but having ONLY ONE register for pick up and pay orders is not acceptable. Open up 2 or 3 registers for the Pre-Order and Pick Up customers and then dedicate the rest to PrePaid orders but one register? Nah. The ham is always good though so they get 5 stars for the ham.
