Sage took passport photos of my son they turned out perfect she is very kind, friendly and helpful. Yaina was also super friendly, kind and quick. Had appointment for vaccination. Pharmacy person made mistakes in EVERY step. Asked questions that didn’t apply to the vacs I wanted, asked another person for wrong code number and asked for the wrong billing info. I walked out.

went in the store on Friday. My insurance no longer works at Walgreens definitely not Walgreens fault 100% my insurance they had some of the kindest employees I was looking for vitamin D. I normally get it filled in the Pharmacy. I was looking on the shelf, I was having trouble finding it. An employee walked up to me and asked me if I needed help. I explained to her she walked back to pharmacy to see what vitamin D I was on and then they had told me it was only gonna be $10 to have it filled. The customer service definitely went above and beyond.

This location is not very DIVERSITY FRIENDLY! The treatment of humans shouldn’t be defined by stereotypes based on the color of their skin. The only reason I decided to walk away was because the woman who didn’t like my skin complexion was elderly. I feel so bad for older people who have to indulge in hatred because that is all they know. I do look forward to the extinction of those particular species so that the humans who enjoy diversity can live and thrive happily amongst each other! Btw my neighborhood Walgreens in Cypress is friendly but this location needs to “investigate.” Or simply train their employees better!
