The Halal Guys

2 Gyros ordered and the meat and pita were old and hard. Immediately returned their product and got my $$$ back. I've eaten other Halal Guys gyros and have never had this type of experience. Highly do nor recommend.

The gentleman at the cashier was very rude. I ordered for chicken wings platter and the lady serving was nice to explain there will be a wait for 5min . The gentleman on the register rudely asked me to rejoin the line for the second time and even rejected my meal when they lady serving gave it to him to ring me up. I am not eating here again. This will be my first and last experience and my team will not be recommended to this place

Simple but major complaint. I asked for 3 regular platters, all with BBQ. I really like their Ford with both white sauce and BBQ sauce, and don't like not having it. Receipt shows what I asked for. Anybody see BBQ sauce in the picture? Me either. Called the store and manager said "I'm sorry, sir" like you tell your teacher when you were talking in class. No effort to say he'd talk to his team, take a look at quality control, or any other nice lies most places offer when you have a legit complaint. This store sucks. I'm never ordering from them again.

Great food at affordable prices. The staff there was also very pleasant and friendly. There is an entrance from the street and one from the building. The street entrance seems to the one that is typically more open. The food there was all really good and a really great quality. The cookie was delicious! Check them out in NYC too!

The lady who took our order was very kind and answered all our questions warmly, putting our doubts about the taste of the meat at ease. I had the meat bowl and it was very good—thank you very much. My children had sandwiches; the size of the bread made them a bit difficult to eat, but they said they were delicious.
