The Donuts Palace

My son birthday party was today, yesterday I went in and asked the employees if they could make different colored donuts. The employees are so friendly and said we don’t have green. They called the baker and he made these donuts just for us in 18 hours notice! This is our go to donut shop! I love their egg sausages and bacon sandwich 🤤! My son donut cake came out amazing and parents asked where I got these from. Love this place ❤️

I visited this donut shop for the second time. There isn’t much variety, and when I asked if they could warm up the donuts, they seemed annoyed. They need to be a little more friendly.

I ordered a passion fruit tea with LIGHT ICE. The lady came back and handed me a cup that was only 70% full. When I asked her why my cup wasn’t full she said that if she added more tea it wouldn’t be sweet. I asked her to add more tea anyway because my cup should be full. She took the cup to the back where I couldn’t see what she was doing, brought it back to me full and when I drank from the tea it was completely watered down. So instead of going back to add more tea she just added WATER. Completely dishonest. I’m so disappointed in how I was treated today being that I always get my family donuts here. This will be my last time supporting them as they can no longer be trusted

What's not to like about hot fresh donuts and kolaches? Great variety, consistent quality and reasonable prices. All served with quiet attentiveness.

The brew had a rich aroma and a flavor that felt balanced and satisfying. The body was smooth, with enough character to make it enjoyable. The staff was courteous and efficient, adding to the overall experience. Overall, a good cup worth noting.
