The sushi from Kaisen was excellent, the freshest I’ve had in Houston. We’re definitely coming back for that alone. We also had a few sides from Hawaiian Bros that were delicious, we’ll be back to try some of their mains as well. The atmosphere is whatever, it was quiet, clean, and almost empty which served its purpose for this type of set up. No complaints. I love this concept, such a great idea!

Blodgett Food Hall is a modern food hall in Houston's Third Ward that operates as a restaurant co-op and ghost kitchen. It features over 20 partner restaurants with diverse cuisines, allowing customers to order from various eateries in a single transaction for either pickup or delivery. The food hall modernizes the traditional experience with online ordering and touchscreen kiosks, and serves as a community hub with amenities like free Wi-Fi and seating. SEE YOU AT THE TOP 🚀

Good concept, food was ok, seemed like it was microwaved, place was empty, so cannot comment on atmosphere, service is kiok terminal ordering, and the food came out between 15 and 20 minutes.

I can't believe I just spent $15 for a waffle and two chickens no longer than my ring finger. What makes matters worse I'm on my lunch break and I didn't get syrup and or nothing to eat with. Guess I'll use my hands and I'll use my shirt to wipe my hands off once I'm finished since my break will be over by the time I return smh
