Very good food! Loved the unique Cole slaw and the Poutine fries. I accidentally ordered a chicken patty without knowing it was sausage {my husband LOVED it} and I do not like sausage, so I shared my daughter's Basic sandwich. Flavorful and juicy, big enough to share! And the sauces were so yummy! Loved the pineapple mustard, two things we never thought would go together! Will definitely be back.

The Crack Shack at La Centerra of Cinco Ranch is the perfect place for the whole family! I recently visited for lunch and enjoyed an amazing experience. The menu is full of fresh and delicious options, ranging from fried chicken to tasty bowls. The service was also outstanding – the General Manager, Shane, took the time to come to our table and even made sure my 11 month old daughter was happy! Everything was just perfect, and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend the Crack Shack for dinner with family and friends! 5 stars!

Mid quality at best. Extremely over priced especially for the half Bird I think coming in around $17/18 before tax. All items where extremely overpriced for what you get. And the quality. Is mids. The Crack sauce seasoning. Is basically oddly enough very similar to crawfish boil seasoning. Does help the chicken get a nice crunch. The kids were all very disappointed even asking to go to another "chicken" spot on the way home. The girl taking the orders at walk up register was very friendly and nice. Having been to the original in San Diego this is a far far cry from that experience, too dumbed down and family oriented thus causing them to loose focus on their quality and the overall experience. Not sure why "Savory" brands decided on a location in Katy, TX of all places. Maybe had to for retail space opportunities in other locations. Whom knows 🤷🏻‍♂️. They also use Amy's Ice Cream. Which is horrible. Hopefully they atleast address that and find a better local brand for their shakes. Overall disappointment in this spot. If the kids give thumbs down. That's pretty bad.

I’ve been to Crack Shack many times. The fried chicken is to die for! I ordered the one which is bone in. Fries are good too. The poutine is average and the sandwiches are skippable as well. I liked the wooden benches and the few tables to sit on outside. The restaurant is well lit and there is ample seating. They give beer in frosted glasses which is quiet enjoyable sitting by the window. Food wise I’d say you just cannot miss the fried bone in chicken. It’s just too good.

Must try place! The people behind the branding of this place are geniuses, hats off! Food and atmosphere is great, first day of their grand opening and everything looks flawless, employee well trained, polite and competent! Give them a shot, you won’t regret it, great addition to the Katy food scene!
