The Boba Shop

Boba Shop is hands-down our favorite spot. While I’m not typically a fan of boba tea, this place changed my perspective—it is honestly the best I’ve ever tried. My kids are the real experts, and this is their go-to destination every time a craving hits. Beyond the drinks, the food is a real standout. The sandwiches and dumplings are consistently fresh and delicious. It’s also incredibly affordable, making it the perfect family-friendly treat. Highly recommended for both boba lovers and skeptics alike!

The boba drinks and food is really good but the customer service not so good . It’s like the girl behind the counter had no communication skills. When I walked in I waited a good while til someone came out and also someone behind be was waiting to order too. After ordering the girl didn’t say anything to the guy behind me she just left to the back and didn’t come back til about 20 mins later eventually the guy left.after getting our order taste was delicious but we took about 30-45min to finish and the whole time no one was up in the front. Good thing we didn’t need any

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and finally made time to stop. It’s hard to find a good Green Thai tea and theirs was a 10/10! I’ve been back twice already. And I like the fact that they sell 32oz cups. That’s not common. I definitely recommend trying them. You won’t be disappointed. ***UPDATE*** Coming back to update my review. Visited again today at about 4:40pm and got my Green Thai tea. My experience today was a completely different experience. Me and my husband Walked in and we were not greeted by the young lady behind the counter. She just looked at us then went back to what she was doing. There were no customers in the store. Another girl came from the back had absolutely no customer service friendly attitude whatsoever. I had to say hello how are you doing because she did not speak. Just stood there and asked what can I get you. I love the store but this experience has me second guessing about coming back because who wants to feel like they are bothering the workers by coming in?? It was so bad I had to ask her was she ready to go and she said oh I’m here till 9 and I got here at 2. So you just got here and you have this attitude?? Not cool. I just had to come back and update my review because this needs to be addressed by management if you want consistent customers.

5 Stars – A Perfect Boba Experience from Start to Finish! From the moment I walked into TheBobaShop, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming vibe that instantly made me feel at home. The staff was friendly, patient, and super knowledgeable about the menu, even offering great recommendations when I couldn’t decide between their signature drinks. I ended up going with the Green Tea with boba, and let me just say—wow. The drink was perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, with chewy boba pearls that had just the right texture. You can really tell they use quality ingredients and put care into each cup. The atmosphere was just as impressive—clean, cozy, and stylish, with plenty of seating and chill music that made it the perfect place to hang out or get a little work done. As I was leaving, the staff thanked me with the same friendly energy they had when I came in, making the entire experience feel personal and genuine. TheBobaShop is definitely my new go-to for boba. If you’re in the area, don’t miss out !

This place is my favorite tea shop around. I always get the boba shop milk tea with boba and it is delicious! It’s more flavorful than most milk teas and I like that you can order it in a variety of sizes. My kids love the smoothies there, so this place is perfect for my whole family. They have a drive through or you can sit inside their amazing cafe.
