New Boba Tea place. Nice and clean place to have some drinks and snacks with friendly staff. There Tea’s are really good. Many options for teas, Coffees, smoothies & Slushes and Snacks too! Interior is also very nice. They have this cute little machine to try your luck and a price from it. I have tried this and the toys you got from the machine is really a good quality stuff. I would really recommend this place to give it a try.

We've been here numerous times and the Bep never disappoints!! I love the variety of different milk teas, coffees, smoothies - you name it! Their snacks are pretty good too. We always get popcorn chicken along with our beverages. We're lucky there's a good boba spot nearby.

I came here with my girl after school. Nice place! Have tables can fit 6-10 people. We got fried beef ball, fired fish ball and the rige paper rolls. Foods and drink made quick. Everything was great especially the rice paper rolls and the pure cane. Also the cashier name’s Rosie very friendly and nice!

The atmosphere is cozy and clean, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I tried the Thai Green Milk tea with matcha boba and it was perfectly balanced—not too sweet. They also have a great variety of flavors and toppings, so there’s something for everyone. Definitely one of my new favorite spots for bubble tea. Highly recommend!

Their Paper Rolls are SO delicious. I’ve never had this kind of Vietnamese dishes before. Definitely worth a try. Strong recommended!
