I arrived about 15 minutes early and the process was very easy and organized. The IdentoGO office is in the back of the store toward the right side, so don’t worry if you don’t see it right away when you walk in. There’s someone who checks you in and asks for your ID and a debit or credit card under your name. They also ask if you know your SSN ,After that, you sit and wait to be called I waited about 10 minutes. Once inside, the fingerprinting was quick, and they gave me a receipt explaining how long processing would take. Overall, it was a smooth and straightforward experience. Just make sure you bring a card in your own name, since they only accept card payments from what I overheard.

The first time I came here there was a super long line and I was going to have to wait, so I left. I came back for my next appointment, made sure to get there on time and the their computers were down so after waiting for 15 minutes now I'm going to have to come back again. Oh, yeah, and it's inside a gun club

Try not to book an appointment for Saturday. If you have plans, be prepared to reschedule them or be late. I learned the hard way that this place is understaffed and you will be waiting well past your appointment time to get your fingerprints done. I have nothing against the staff or the location. Major respect to the one staff member working this stand. She deserves all the praise for being patient with the multiple frustrated people waiting. This rating is solely based on this locations lack of inefficiency when received with a lot of people waiting due to not have another staff member to assist. Hopefully seeing this low rating will prompt a response from the owner to take action to improve. Also apologies in advance if it’s not a staffing issue… there should be contingencies in place if accidentally overbooking or prioritizing walk ins over appointments.

Efficient, in and out experience, the staff helpfully told me what to do and the wait was exactly on time with my appointment. The lady who took my fingerprints was gentle when handling my hand and wasn't harsh with giving instructions. Only thing was the location of this place is in the back of the gun shop, so it took me a moment to find it.

The lady at 7447 Harwin drive had no manners. She didn’t great customers, didn’t acknowledge your presence until I asked if I have to sign in there. She talks to you in single command words instead of full sentences. Forget about any customer service, you feel like you are inconveniencing her by your presence. Then she yelled at me for reading something on my phone, saying there were signs “no phone use”. No phone use typically means not to talk on your phone. Of course when you have to wait 20 minutes as she is not ready to take you at your allotted appointment time you should sit there wasting your time looking at some annoying cooking competition show on TV instead of using the time to work. It is also beyond me how would your reading disturb anyone. If there is an other reason why they don’t want you to use your phone at all, then they should have a waiting area where you can read or do whatever you want, or better yet, be on time. We need training in customer service and procedures badly.
