I was craving Thai and decided to try this place out instead of the usual Thai restaurant I go to. I went with Chicken Crispy Roll as an appetizer, tofu fried rice and Thai Cashew Nut as entrees, and then washed it all down with a Cherry Blossom as my drink. All together the food, drinks and service were great. I will definitely be back!

My wife enjoyed the chicken teriyaki but not as much as my chicken pad thai. The teriyaki chicken was full of flavor but a little chewier than the tender pad thai chicken. I didn't mind the chewiness so we swapped a lot of chicken bits and a good time was had by all. This was very good pad thai, I'm no expert but it's my go to dish when trying Thai food. We've eaten at a few other Thai Cottage locations in the city but it's been years ago....glad to see they still serve quality food. The service was as good as the food....we'll be back, doesn't hurt to have a great coffee roaster next door, win win!!

One of my favorite spots for thai food. I am in love with their chicken fried rice, you cant go wrong. My bf has been more daring and has tried more of the items on the menu and has liked all of them and he is picky. The ginger chicken is great too. The pineapple rice was a little to spiced for me. If you like spicy make sure to tell them the level of spice you want in your food. The staff is always attentive and I like how they remodeled the place it is more open but I do have to admit I miss the old layout. But it doesnt take away from the amazing food.

Everything about this place is awesome. They have super good lunch deals- choice of main dish plus soup or salad and an egg roll for about $8 and good size lunch portion. We love this place so much for their custom spice levels, the heat is immaculately distributed throughout the dish to your preference. My favorite things to order are the spicy basil fried rice and the pad thai both level 3 with just vegetables. They use good quality tofu. The red and green curries are both delicious too. They have a decent selection of wine and teas. The servers are always friendly. I look forward to my Thai Cottage dates!

A nice and bright ambiance (unlike most typical Thai restaurant). Like the small bar area with 4 high stools for waiting for seats/take outs. Tried the lunch set. The peanut dressing on the salad is savoury Thai style (thick burgundy color), not the typical mustard color Japanese peanut dressing. Pad Thai is well prepared. Not a lot, but good portion of noodle, could balance with more meat/vegetables though. Will come back and try other dishes.
