One of the item ordered from the store was uneatable, we went there to return it. The owner was there he the started yelling and didnt listen to our complaints. The rudeness of the owner clearly unjustifiable. Being customer, it was our right to inform the business that there food was uneatable. Our experience at this place was horrible and there customer service was even more horrendous. People running this business has no manners how they need to deal with customer. Not even deserve a single star after this experience. One word for this place. PATHETIC

Excellent food👍 and exceptional customer service🤩. Very helpful staff. They helped me regarding every food item from the kitchen menu. This was my first time trying their food. Really liked the pakoras and the samosas. Yummy chaats as well.😋 Would recommend to all.👍👍👍

I had a truly horrible experience at this store. I bought a haleem wheat bag, and within just one hour of purchasing it, I found bugs inside. Mind you that I brought my product and the receipt as my proof of purchase. I went back and calmly told the guy at the front that I was just here an hour ago, but found bugs in the bag, hoping they might allow an exchange or refund. When he told the owner in the back, the owner immediately started yelling from behind the counter, saying he didn’t see any bugs and that next time I should “bring the bugs with me” to prove it. I was completely shocked — I hadn’t raised my voice or been rude at all. I literally said nothing while he kept going off. I stayed polite and even told him it was okay, that he could keep the wheat bag and I didn’t need a refund. But then he snapped again, saying, “What do you mean keep it!? Watch, I’m gonna throw it out right now,” in the rudest tone imaginable. The entire interaction was so disrespectful and unprofessional. As an owner, you’d expect him to know how to manage customers properly, but he clearly has zero customer service skills or basic courtesy. I will never shop here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place. Previously, they've had a similar issue but the customer didn't bring their receipt or product with them so they were unable to get a refund. You can see in the reply back from the Owner that if you bring the product and receipt proof of purchase then they can make an exception. I did just that and that too within an hour of purchase. Clearly they don't keep their words.

New store opened in the Sugar Land-Telfair area. So far, clean with all essentials needed for Indian cooking and then some. They have a counter sized kitchen serving snacks. Time will tell if the owner keeps this little shop clean, organized, inexpensive with a good turnover of product. Many stores like this end stocking expired products as old as two years. But so far so good for now.
