Tea House Express was pretty decent for me. I stopped by for a drink and some food, and while everything tasted fine, nothing really stood out enough for me to give it a higher rating. The place was clean and the staff was polite, but the flavors were just okay and not as strong as I expected. It wasn’t bad at all, just not something I’d go out of my way for.

Service was fast and quick. I got the Pudding Cream Tea. The drink was not too sweet which was nice, however, the Tapioca pearls themselves were very bland and tasteless. My sister got the Frozen Coffee boba drink which was very tasty. Although I feel like it would've been better without the Tapioca pearls.

They charge Service Fee - 5% and Credit card Surcharge - 3% included in the bill. The drinks are not that great either. I didn’t like the Avocado Smoothie.

They are scamming by charging more, they advertised their tea for lower price $4.95 and when you order that is when they charge more $5.95. When asked they say we need to update our pricing, really?
