Teahouse Cinco Ranch

We visited Teahouse Tapioca & Tea and tried the Passion Fruit Cream Blend with tapioca and the Mango Cream Blend with lychee popping boba , both were really delicious. The ambiance is comfortable with a nice flowery theme, which makes the place feel relaxing. They also have board games, and our kids had a great time enjoying their boba while playing. It’s a decent place to hang out with friends and family, and the service was warm and welcoming. 😊

I came in close to closing time. Very nice staff and super fast. I had an almond cream tea half sweet. Very good not too much almond. Some places it’s overwhelming. It could have used a little more ice but I have more tea so that’s okay!

Good service but not too fast. Bubble teas are great - make sure you let them know about the sweetness otherwise the default will be 100%, I learned the hard way.

Was so excited to redeem my birthday drink, was told they do not “do that” at this location. My kids were ecstatic to get the 50% off for the Wednesday specials and this too is not an option. I was upset to hear this but proceeded to order over the phone regardless for a “quick” pick up. Showed up to the location 15 minutes later to find out that my drinks had never even been started. So much for saving time and ordering ahead…. $30 for boba is unheard of, $10 a drink? What? Save yourself the time and the money and go to Kiku for your boba, they have the best prices and delicious ramen to pair. ✌🏼

The girl at the register was very patient and nice. She made sure to give the best experience, one could give. She made my drinks three times until it was exactly to my satisfaction. I really appreciated her making sure , the drink I brought was perfect by the time I left. Thank you so much TEAHOUSE and handling my difficulties 🙂
