Really good boba! Drinks are always on point and not too sweet, and the boba has the perfect chew. Staff is super nice and the place has a chill vibe. Definitely one of my go-to spots whenever I’m craving boba or just hang with friends. 😊

My new favorite place to get Boba. Stopped to get a quick quick and some snacks. You will have a little wait for the FRESH FOOD. 100% worth it. OMG LOVE IT ❤️

The atmosphere is very friendly. I got a pineapple coconut smoothie with crystal boba, and it was really good! Also, for all my military personnel—they do offer a military discount as well.

I recently visited Tea Villa and loved it! The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were friendly. I tried the passion fruit & pineapple green tea with crystal boba, and it was delicious—refreshing and perfectly sweet. The prices are reasonable, too. I highly recommend this spot for anyone craving bubble tea!

Amazing popcorn chicken. Amazing Boba. Amazing service. There was a pair, one man and woman, working at the end of the shift around 9:40pm. There were about twenty people coming in and out, but service stay consistently good and quick. We ordered a food and drink set (popcorn chicken and thai tea) which were DELICIOUS, along with a Ube Harmony (also so good). During our very short wait, we played uno and they had a bunch of other games to select from too. Everyone was clean and bright too! Overall 10/10, definitely our new boba spot whenever we’re in town.
