Stopped by the Bissonnet location on a Friday night and mannnnn, same great quality, same good service. Customer service is always A1 at the food truck and the same is here at this place. The young lady working the register was very nice and polite, she had a great attitude and was very helpful. They hand you a menu and ask if you have any questions , they will answer them for you right away. That salmon cheesesteak is a hit every time. They don’t cut any corners, it was filled to the max. That soft amoroso roll soaks up all the juices. It was stuffed with so much salmon and peppers it literally was falling out every time I took a bite. Good mix of cheese, it wasn’t overpowering the flavor of the salmon so that’s good. I ordered the 12 inch, with a large fry. And 2 drinks. I’m not a fan of sugary drinks but they convinced me to try the Crn’ack and it was quite good. I also got the 3.5, I think it was a mix of all flavors, it was pretty good too. It was more than enough for me, my son and my 18 month old. We were full halfway thought eating it but it was too good to stop. Chef JL was in the place and he made sure to stop by every table and ask how the service and food was. There was other workers who came out to the tables as well to check on the quality and service. I’ll definitely be back, as this is way closer than Katy to me so it will be a weekly date night spot for me and the family.

Let me start by saying I had high hopes for this place, especially for them to say they have the “best in the city”. Unfortunately this is untrue for the food truck in Katy. I ordered 2 cheesesteaks online (salmon & beef/chicken mix) only to find out after my order was nearly 10 mins behind that my Stay Kickn was unavailable. No problem right…wrong. They refunded me $13 for a $17 sandwich and kept the tax. So I just paid $27 dollars for a $18 sandwich worth of disappointment. The pics tell it all! Thrown together and BEYOND mediocre (like it came from a can..tuna fishing). I wont be back! You only get one “first impression”, & all I got was a price tag and one less sandwich. Service was not friendly and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone although they came strongly recommended.

Service was great. Ordered the salmon Philly cheesesteak didn’t really taste any salmon inside but definitely had good flavor. Order some lemon pepper wings and they were 💯💯💯. The loaded fries were good also. The egg rolls were really tasty also. Over service was great will definitely come back and check them out.

Omg!! The food is a 1000/10. I bought the beef Philly meal and egg rolls and it did not disappoint. The customer service was AMAZING and I will definitely be going back and promoting their business. Hey yall better go get yall one!! Kudos to a job well DONE!!!

Super good food, went to the katy location. Went out of my way to get this! Didn't disappoint, I dont normally like bell pepper or onions! But they made it taste super good, I would love to go to the main location to get it made by the man himself! Would definitely recommend
