Target

Quick drop in to kill time while in the area. I absolutely LOVE the layout and size of this store. All areas are well designed, stocked, and easily accessible. Not a lot of traffic at time of visit. Parking lot area is not exactly well lit but visible from door to car, I suppose.

An employee (elderly Indian lady whose shift was 12/17/25) at the main self-checkout area gave really bad vibes. The whole time I was there, she was glaring at everyone with a look of superiority and crossed arms. Whenever I went to other Targets, the customer care was always top notch and assistance was friendly. Even though I was at a self-checkout, assistance was very convenient, and I could receive it any second. It feels very great. But this lady only seemed to glare at everyone with hostility, like we were prisoners who needed to be disciplined. She wasn't very helpful when asked for help either; she seemed terribly unprofessional. Not looking forward to coming to this Target again.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. The workers were so slow and had no consideration of anyones time. I walked in target and went to the technology section. I waited for 10 minutes while nobody was there. Every worker I saw, I asked for assistance and all they did was call someone. I ended up standing there in the technology section waiting for assistance for 30 minutes. I ended up leaving without even getting what I wanted! And still nobody ended up going to the technology section. Horrible experience! Keep in mind I was in a rush!!! Nobody. Should have to wait that long JUST to be acknowledged by a worker.

I stopped by Target Sugar Land looking for a Lenovo laptop charger, and Marcus and Cris in the electronics department were amazing! They were friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to help me find and test a compatible charger. Excellent customer service! Kudos to Cris and Marcus!

I love coming here. It's close to home, there's good deals, they price match, and it's clean. There's a Starbucks inside like the other ones, there's usually a line and only 1 person making drinks but they're always nice and go as fast as they can. It's a large store so you'll most likely find what you're looking for and there's always cute stuff in the dollar section. Keep in mind the parking lot is large with a lot of stop signs, that means a lot of cars and pedestrians.
