Had a great time at Taqueria Miranda with my friends! Service was quick and kind, we had the tacos de trompo (al pastor), quesabirria tacos, quesadilla de maiz con carne asada, and a gordita de carne asada. The servings were large, hot, and so flavorful! I’ve never had al pastor like this—crispy and with a fresh pineapple flavor. The quesabirria and consomé were hearty, the quesadilla was large and filling, and the gordita was hot and fresh. The different salsas were mouthwatering and went perfectly with the different dishes. This taqueria is a gem in Houston/Katy and I can’t wait to come back to eat here and support this family-owned business.

Great street tacos, parking is a bit annoying. If you can't particularly handle spice, the orange color sauce is a good in between. Green is spicy, red is death. If I could I would probably go every day but that is probably a terrible idea for my health. The price has increased as with most things due to inflation but at 2.25 per corn taco I think it is an okay price.

The Tortas are very fresh every time I order it. The meat is tasty. Good prices. Definitely recommend it.

First time here. Heard of them through Paetow's Munchen Crunchen (Paetow high school TV). We had the beef tacos, nachoes and beef huache. It came out pretty quickly. The staff was friendly. We ate at the outdoor seating area. All of the food was well prepared and well seasoned. A nice little privately owned food trailer next to the Shell station off of Fry road, south of Morton Ranch.

This place is awesome. Super good, everythings made fresh, on the spot. It’s not overpriced and most importantly, the food is delicious . Ive eaten here a few times and I get the tacos al pastor, tacos de bistek, and chicken quesadilla . Great quality food and the gentlemen who takes the orders is real nice. Recommended for sure. They even have a shaded waiting area with chairs and tables where you can sit and wait for your food, and even eat your food once they bring it out. Overall great
