I ordered a cake here for my gender reveal and they exceeded my expectations! When putting an inquiry for a cake they called the same day and provided all the necessary information as well as gave me plenty of options. The cake itself was delicious just remember to let it sit out in advance. The price was also very good and worth it! Loved it definitely recommend.

This is the second year we order a cake from this business and they always deliver! The photos are a custom design and they understood perfectly what we wanted. Not only the cake is beautiful but their chocolate cake is the best one we have tried in the entire Cypress-Jersey Village area. Definitely the best cakes!

I’ve been coming here for about 15 years, and they’ve never disappointed. Yesterday I came in last minute (completely my fault) needing a custom cake for my grandson’s first birthday. Not only did Alex take my order without hesitation, but he had it ready by the next day — and it turned out absolutely perfect! We went with a football theme, and they nailed every detail. The design, the flavor, the freshness — everything was spot on. You can really tell they put care and love into their work. This is why I’ll always keep coming back to Take the Cake. Not only are the women who work here super talented, their customers service is off the charts! I submitted a fully custom Cake inquiry via their link online. They were very quick to respond to my request (under 12 hours) and throughout every step of the process, everyone I talked to was incredibly kind and easy to work with. They made sure that they understood exactly what I wanted from the get-go so that they could provide the best experience for me. The cake turned out better than I could’ve imagined, and it was also delicious! Not to mention, the price I paid was so reasonable, especially compared to other quotes I got around the area. I will definitely be returning for all special occasions in the future!
