Worst service ever. Went for a birthday party and it took over AN HOUR TO GET ONE HOOKAH. ONE!! The waiter didn’t check on us once. I had to order my drinks from the bar. When I called to make a reservation the person said I would receive a complementary bottle of Champagne since it was my birthday,when I asked them about it they acted like that wasn’t a thing and totally ignored my request. Even if I wanted to pay for the bottle (which I had no problem paying for) the waiter didn’t even come to the table to ask or see if we needed anything. He only showed his face when it was time to pay the bill. Save your money and go somewhere else. Not worth it at all.

Went in got ID’d upon entrance nothing about a cover charge or fee. Ordered several drinks and hookahs (spent well over $100) after like 2 hrs, a guy comes up to me and is asking me to pay $80 cover charge for my gf and I so we decided to leave… My gf and I got followed out to our cars and harassed for the $80 by several bouncers and the manager on top of everything we spent inside. I did not feel safe and uncomfortable. After we paid them the $80 cash to leave us alone they started to make jokes and were laughing at us. Honestly, I’ve been to so many bars/clubs in Houston and this has been the worst place/experience I’ve ever been to/had. They can’t even give legitimate receipts to begin with and proceed to ask to make sure we paid inside. We ended up going down the street to Pretty Liar and had a great experience there. Great atmosphere, vibes and drinks.

We went as a large group going to go enjoy the night and celebrate a birthday and engagement. From the beginning the worst service we’ve ever experienced going to a hookah lounge. First I ordered a hookah, 40 mins pass by and I did not receive it. I had to reorder TWICE until they brought it out and there was not enough water so I had to send it back. I asked for water and our waiter Jadd didn’t bring out any. I had to ask another worker and he brought it out within a couple of minutes. The worst part is they charged us for Fiji and we got Sams club water. Everyone knew the price before going and we expected to spend some money. Somehow our bill came out to over $2K. The waiter wouldn’t split the check or even break down the price so that we can at least understand why the total came out so high. Some people paid cash and our waiter pocketed the cash and didn’t lower the price we owed with the money they paid. Worst part he ran out and grabbed one of us and claimed we were stealing when we had already paid $400. Sadly I don’t think I’d ever return with the horrible service and very disrespectful server. Drove down from DALLAS for a horrible night when we were expecting to have a good time.

I asked the bottle girl before hand how much it would cost at the door she said don’t worry about that to just give her a list with names, as soon as we pull up they charged us $40 but I was told I wouldn’t have to pay anything! The Dj was TRASH everytime I would try to get up and dance he would switch the song up , he talked wayyy too much and the bottle girls took forever .. I give it a 4/10. There was nooo parking !

$40 fee after we ordered our hookahs and alcohol and server stopped serving 12 am. Also alcohol tasted like whataburger mixers. I saw the bartender dipped his dirty ahh fingers in my drink too :( I have a rash now in my mouth. If I could give 0 stars I would. Harris county should shut this down. Mid ahh night club.
