Tacos Y Tortas Adrian

I recently ordered takeout from Adrian’s and while the food itself was very delicious, I was disappointed with the portion size of the kids’ meal. For the price, the serving seemed quite small compared to what I expected. I really enjoy supporting local restaurants and appreciate the effort that goes into making good food, but I hope the restaurant might consider slightly larger portions or adjusting the pricing for the kids’ meals in the future. Came here on a whim and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Ended up getting the wrestling wrong of Mexican Candy shots and the family pack (25) birria tacos. They came out with the sparklers and everything. It was a nice touch.

The food was absolutely amazing. The service was even better. This food is so authentic and they checked on me and made sure everything was as I wanted. The pricing is unspeakable. It is so cheap. I felt guilty but it encouraged a large tip. The service is very attentive. She’s always watching to see if you need anything and has checked many times to make sure I was happy. Parking was great we parked very close to the door. Everything was very speedy with the service. I just can’t say enough about this place. I will be back next week when I return.

Maybe I just came at a bad time but my experience unfortunately was not good. I was greeted immediately walking to the door and my order was taken promptly. I ordered something off of their everyday special menu which was $8.99 leaving a 20% tip and I ordered it to go. I was told it would be about 5 minutes. However that turned out to be a total of 27 minutes until I received my food. I asked a young man who I assume was working behind the bar, if he could check on my food after 15 minutes. He walked off to check it but never came back with a response. I waited 10 more minutes and someone who I assume was the owner or manager walk through the front door. I was starting to get a little frustrated at this point, so I asked him if I could just get a refund because I needed to go. He told the waitress in Spanish, do you have this guy's food what's going on with it? Just then she was tying up the bag for me. He did Apologize but once I opened it to eat it in my car I figured out what happened. For whatever reason the waitress that took my order was outside doing stuff with somebody. My food was ready but was sitting and waiting to be boxed up. So by the time I got to it it was lukewarm and whatever meat was on the very top of the pile was room temperature. The person who was the owner or manager was very nice to me and I'm not sure why I personally received bad service since the other reviews seem to be pretty good.

Compared to a year ago, the service & food was on par. I’m not sure what changed, but the quality in service, food & ambiance has dropped significantly. There has also been a lot of changes to the menu which affects the overall experience. Some of my favorites were either removed from the menu or overly priced with a downgrade in flavor. What once was my favorite restaurant to visit, sadly no longer seems worth it.
