I have used the catering services twice in the past: once at the Sugarland location and once in Austin. Both times, the experience was outstanding. Knowing what to expect, I submitted an order last week for June 22nd. The day before, I called the store to make some changes to the order since I had checked out as a guest. I don't know how to describe the interactions I had over the phone. Every time I called, the manager and another employee laughed at me and then hung up. This happened repeatedly. Frustrated, I went to the store in person because I couldn't find another way to speak with them. When I arrived, they didn't even have my order in their system. The manager instructed the employee who was helping me to stop assisting me and to continue with her previous tasks. I was in shock and had no idea if I would receive my order the next day. Fortunately, when I went to the store the next day to pick up my order, it was ready. Interestingly, the person I spoke with that day was very friendly, which was a stark contrast to the behavior of the employees the previous day. It seemed that the manager and employee from the day before simply did not want to do their jobs. I can't think of any other explanation. I wasn't planning to write this review until I ate one of the tacos. I felt robbed by the contents of each taco. The only ones with a decent portion were the eggs and potatoes tacos. Here are some pictures for reference. If you want to avoid a bad experience and poorly served tacos, do not order from the Yale St. location!

I have ordered the same breakfast tacos at different locations and this one put about 2 tablespoons of food in my breakfast tacos. Runny sauce! So disappointing!

Restaurant was very clean and staff were quick to take order. Food was prepared promptly and delivered to our table. The margarita was tasty and so was the food. Very nice layout with a great feel to the area.

Stopped by there today for lunch. While in the drive thru, Jessica recommended the brisket tacos. I was pleasantly surprised, they were pretty good! Reminded me a Philly cheese steak. Thanks, Jessica! :-)

The staff is really cool and friendly, the food is cooked from scratch no premade b.s. The location is really good and the environment was real laid back! Only reason I didn’t give them a five star because the trash can wasn’t available in the area I was sitting in the restaurant. But all in all it’s was a good experience.
