After waiting over an hour for my order to be delivered to my job (even though I work only 6 minutes away) I finally received my food and found a large dead fly in my Harvest Bowl halfway through eating it. Absolutely disgusting and extremely disappointing. This was completely unacceptable, and I will never order from here again.

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received at this location. My order was made incorrectly, and when I brought it to the store lead Yesi’s attention, she was very rude and laughed in my face instead of trying to help resolve the issue. I explained that I had called several times about the problem, but Yesi was not helpful at all. When I asked to speak with her manager, she stated that this location has no manager, that no one is above her, and that she owns the place. She also refused to provide a customer service number or any way for me to escalate my concern. As a customer, I felt disrespected and dismissed. I was simply asking for help with an incorrect order, and instead I received poor treatment and no solution. I would like someone from management or corporate customer service to contact me regarding this experience. I am requesting a refund or a corrected order, and I would like this complaint formally reviewed.

My new favorite spot for a healthy meal! Great service and delicious food. I didn’t even get any photos because it was so yummy! The restaurant is clean, they have an easy ordering and easy to go food process. It’s a little pricey!

The food is always fresh, the staff is professional, and it's a nice vibe. Sitting in the patio with a fresh salad and good company is nice.

This was my first time here. I loved the look of the restaurant and all the ingredients looked great. I did the build your own salad option which starts at just under $9, so awesome. When saying which ingredients I wanted a few times I was told “that’s an additional cost, is that ok?” And I said sure because I didn’t think it would add up that much, but it ended up being $21 lol. I mean, it was a great salad but dang that’s a lot. I would recommend just getting a salad that’s already on the menu for a set price. I would definitely go back again, but order that way instead.
