Walked in and it smelled divine. I love when you walk into an establishment and it smells like food. The kisok to order food was a little difficult to order because of the different menus. It's crowded. I got the oxtails with a side of plantins and a salmon salad. The wait time was to long for my food not to be made fresh. I waited up to 20 min for my food. Once I got my food everything was segregated in bowls. So I had to prep my own plate when I arrived to my destination. The salad bowl is shaped like a ball and I actually cut myself opening it. It's a hardend plastic and it shattered when I got it open. As far as flavor, the oxtails take the home run on this one. They were so tender and seasoned to perfection. The rice wasn't mushy and was also seasoned. I will go back here in the future to give it another shot and possibly update this review. We will see.

First time here and man oh man it was delicious! I went in person to make an order and I was immediately greeted by the owners with a smile! The place is extremely clean and vibrant! People dining in were laughing and having a great time conversing with the owners. The decor was colorful and very inviting ! I wasn’t for sure what to order so the owner explained the menu and let me know that there were no pork products in their food which is awesome cuz I don’t eat pork. I ended up ordering a few things alacarte because I literally wanted to try everything cuz it all looked so delicious! So I tried the Pholouri which is like a fluffy fritter filled with spices and split peas and herbs with a side of cucumber and mango chutney sauce. And one bite of that was a Burst of flavors. I’m not a big fan of chick peas but this dish made me love them! Next I ordered the Suzi dilla which is like a quesadilla but ten times better. I chose shrimp as my protein and it was made to perfection! Chefs kiss to that one!! 💪🏽😘 I also order the fried fish alacart, collard greens, plaintains and the cocoa bread. All of it was very satisfying! The plantains were sooo good! Oh and I got a side of their jerk chicken for my husband ( because I don’t eat chicken) and he said that it was absolutely delicious! Before leaving I was able to converse with the owners. They were a very friendly couple!!! They shared with me their journey of being Resturaunt owners and their passion for bringing people together by way of preparing these amazing flavorful dishes!! All in all I was waiting on a place like this to open up in humble and it was worth the wait!! Definitely giving them a 10 out of ten! They deserve it! Keep up the good work guys and I will most definitely be coming back to try some of your other amazing dishes!!🙏🏽❤️💪🏽💪🏽

Great new local spot that you must try. Upon entering, you place your order on a kick (self-serve). It has pictures to help identify the food. The owner and her husband provide an atmosphere that is very welcoming and inviting. The was excellent. Everything we ordered was fresh, hot and delicious. I highly recommend the mango chutney sauce with everything. It is delicious!!

This place is more than just a restaurant, it is an experience. For starters, the ambience going in immediately caught my attention. The restaurant is also very clean and neatly organized. Customer service is surprisingly great. The restaurant is family run business run by husband and wife which cultivates a homely environment (which is so great). Most importantly, the food is incredible! We had the Jerk Chicken Cajun and with rice mix veggies, and the Vegan Delight with coconut beans and rice. I cannot say enough about the flavor. The chicken was so tender and a rush of flavor. All was seasoned well and a joy to eat. Needless to say, I would be no stranger to this place.

Great Caribbean food, great portion sizes and awesome customer service. Suzie's is a great addition to this side of town. They have a kiosk you order from & food is out on display for you to see, also they will let you sample the soups. Stop by & give them a try. #support your local business owners.
