Customer service was nice and the ice cream is different for sure, but in a good way. The chocolate was good. Had the birthday cake and it actually had what resembled cake in it. That was a pleasant surprise. Would return. If they can get cookies and cream without the "blue monster" stuff I'd return more often for sure.

Novelty ice cream flavors, shakes, and toppings! Friendly and efficient staff. Kid friendly place. Try their signature bubble waffle or hand crafted ice cream- a desserts lovers paradise. Clean environment, lot of seating space. Take home Ice cream Choices.

This is a cute little icecream place to go after dinner on date night. The atmosphere is calming and fun- employees were sweet and asked us if we wanted samples to try. GREAT for a photo op with there creative colorful paintings on the walls. Icecream was creamy and had great flavors to choose from. Whip cream taste fresh and went great on my icecream. It is a little pricey as my husband and I paid almost $20 for both our ice creams so that was a little bummer but would def come back.

Updated Review: A New Favorite! 🍦 I previously said that Mr. Softee’s was the best ice cream we’ve had since moving here from Pennsylvania — but I have to take that back! Don’t get me wrong, Mr. Softee’s is definitely good for the Montgomery area. However, we recently discovered The Sweet Swirl in The Woodlands, and it completely blew us away! This place reminds us of the rich, creamy ice cream we used to enjoy up north. The texture is incredibly smooth, and the flavors are bold and delicious — unlike the more subtle taste we found at Mr. Softee’s. Again, not saying Mr. Softee’s is bad, but The Sweet Swirl is just on another level. If you’re looking for exceptional ice cream, I highly recommend checking out The Sweet Swirl. Just a warning: if you’re already an ice cream lover, you might get hooked — it’s that good! 😂 Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

I wish I had known about the Sweet Swirl sooner as I would have gladly forked over cash for their amazing soft serve! One flavor in particular: the Vietnamese coffee is 🔥! I get it every time… it’s just ridiculously good. I mean chocolate soft serve is great but coffee soft serve is just the best idea ever! Thank you sweet swirl! ❤️
